I've been going to Ripon Family Physicians on and off for over 12 years. I normally always get professional staff and great physician bedside manner, however the last time I went a few weeks back I was charged $50.00 for my copay which was fine being my spouse who works in the medical field gave all of our insurance information days ahead of my appointment. Fast forward a couple of weeks and now I've been called numerous times throughout a couple of days while I'm at work I'll have you to tell me I owe them $148.00 for my visits after being told a few times while there "there is no additional charge for your wellness visit" come home Friday and get my mail and additionally owe $111.00 for my bloodwork through quest now too. I'd give 5 stars to the physicians and 2 stars to the staff who handle the billing. I now have and additional $250.00 to pay just before the holidays. Thanks for the surprise.

Under Dr. Hufford's care my mother was almost killed. He negligently had her on diabetic medication with only quarterly testing, put her into kidney failure, and missed a massive UTI. He should lose his license to practice ,medicine.

Dr. Hufford and his group have been my physicians since I moved to Ripon in 1994. I moved to Modesto 3 1/2 years ago, and kept this group of doctors for the main reason that I'm writing this review. I had to call their office today. and within 15 minutes (on a Sunday), received a phone call from Dr. Hufford. He contacted my pharmacy, and my medicine was ready when I walked in to CVS. I feel so grateful to have Dr. Hufford as my primary care physician, because he has been taking care of my family for so long, and he really knows how to take care of his patients. Super grateful today.

Dr Hufford is Great But the lab is horrible waited over an Hour to give blood and had to leave could not wait any longer. Soup Kitchen Health Care is not what I signed up for On the fence if I'll ever go back. Lady at front Desk was very smug and thought this was Acceptable Health Care!!!

I have a problem with people who write a review and simply write "not a very nice person" with no explanation. I have been going to Dr. Hufford for years. I have always considered him a very nice person and a doctor who takes the time to listen.
