DOCTOR what doctor, I never saw a doctor. examination done by assistantsI never leave bad reviews. But this place is not the place to go if you expect any kind of customer service, from the exam to picking out glasses.. when I went in to pick up new glasses (progressive lens) they didn't even bother to see if they were correct, not for fitting or the sight line nothing, handed them to me and said Thank you, see you next year .No they won'tPLEASE IF YOU CARE FOR EYES DON GO TO ACUITY EYE CENTER RIVERSIDE, CA

Staff not friendly ;The lady who is in charge with the glasses who measures and give it ,did a bad customer service and job measuring my daughter glasses ,those glasses are going to the trash , my daughter can’t see , she has to put the glasses really low down to her nose so she can see and it’s really uncomfortable ,her attitude it’s not Pleasant, means that I have to go to another place and pay it for it

Take your business anywhere but this place, the staff is completely rude don't even greet you. I came here in the past and I called them about glasses I was waiting on for over 2 months and whole time they were in the back office. Tried to give this place another chance but today they rescheduled my appointment with no notice & claimed I was late and had to reschedule. Don't waste your time here.

I really like this eye Dr office. Have been coming to this office many years. The employees are very nice. I see Dr. Nawazish. She is excellent. Really cares about your eye health.
