Alan Kwasman's Online Review Report Card

I called to make an appointment and Roberta the office manager said that I had a balance which I said I would take of today she then proceeds to question me on why I wanted to take my daughter to that Dr and asking rude questions she said well I don’t know if I wanna make an appointment for you now. My daughter was sick and they refused to see her. We have a private insurance and we never had a problem with anyone till now. This woman is horrible very rude. I spoke to the Dr and he didn’t seem to care of the way his office manager was treating his patients. Don’t take your kids here. Roberta is rude and very unprofessional even her appearance is unprofessional. They need a new office manager in this office. I file a complaint with the medical boards as well.

Dr kwasman has been my kids pediatrician for 6 years now, he is wonderful.

As a first time mom this dr was not helpful. Will not be bringing my baby to this facility due to not receiving any additional help or support. Dr responded very rude to my comments and concerns to my newborn baby!

I would give zero star if I could. Tried to make appointments for both of my children. The scheduler was okay but the "God knows who she was" jumped in and said "seemed like you are not happy and the relationship is not working out;I suggested you to call and change your doctor . Then I said" I don't know what you are talking about. You jumped in and ruined everything. " By the way, who does she think she is? Lol the boss of the doctor ? Or the boss of the whole office. Geeze....I normally don't write reviews but it's just funny haha. She even said "I am the one talking " telling me to shut up I guess. Lol. What the ....well at least I was able to shut her up first haha my reply was no I am talking lol. I chose Dr. Kwasman for a reason but if the "God knows who she was" jumped in after putting me on hold for almost 10 minutes (I waited for almost 10 minutes trying to get a appoinment ) and this woman (God knows who she was) jumped in and just said yappa di yap all kind of nonsense. Well I applaused that you could work in a medical office, a pediatrian office and under doctor Kwasman (specialized with kids on spectrum) lol. Now let me move on and take a break . Life is not that bad. Once in a while you met and experienced nonsense that you should just ignore and move on but I had to write here for the whole world to see because that was absurb. Man I wish life could be easy . Everyone should live easy and be kind to one another. Oh well....

Great Doctor very friendly and polite. Had our daughter smiling and feeling comfortable on our visit with him for her routine check up. I would recommend to other parents.

Really Nice Dr

Loves this place. Been going there since I was a child back when Dr. Dunkenson was there. He was the best. I'm so saddened to see how this place has turned out ever since he has retired and the old staff that had left as well.... The Staff there now feels like it is ok to treat you in whatever way they want. Especially if they mess up or are in the wrong. The office Manager there is just horrible. She yells at people in front of other employees when she gets upset at something that is beyond the parents control, as she yells at you, she flicks her 10 mile long finger nails at you in your face and acts like she does no wrong. And to top it off The Doctors there Condone her treating children's parents this way. Over something that was so incorrect on their end. My child and his life come first. They did a procedure on my infant there and royally messed him up to where I just had to find another surgeon to help fix him up. They don't care. Bottom line, Do Not EVER send your child to this Doctors office! None of the doctors or staff care about the well being of the child. It's clearly just a paycheck to them! The most nightmare of a place that I see is still running. I've made some reports the past week for the medical board to check this place out since I have family in that area and I believe that places like this do need investigating. What a shame. Miss doctor Dunkenson That's for sure! Beware people! This is a very true post and my own personal experience....

Dr. Alan Kwasman has been in practice for many years. He tends to be cantankerous and makes assumptions and then sends his dismissal letters to parents. He is not disability friendly and or friendly at all. His office staff is professional and kind but Dr. Kwasman is not, a good doctor knows how to evaluate a child with a disability regardless of the behaviors of the child. Dr. Kwasman jumps to brash decisions and judgements out of frustration and he takes his frustration out on the parent and child which is most unprofessional. If you have a child with autism please do not take the child to this doctor.
