Allen Felix's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Felix and his staff Anna and Jennifer are wonderful. Ive recommended Dr. Felix to friends and family. I once was talking to someone at gym who was going on about her fantastic Dr. I told her my Dr. was great as well. When she asked me the name and I told her Dr. Felix she started to laugh.. her Dr. was Dr. Felix too. Cant stay enough about him and his wonderful staff. He is patient and listens to youre concerns. He will do test necessary to figure what might be going on as well as sending you to specialist as needed. I went to 4 different Dr. before finding Dr. Felix. So happy that he is my primary.

My review is for the office staff.  I got there early for my first appt to fill out paperwork but instead of giving it to me to fill out while I wait, they had me wait in my car and wouldn't give me the paperwork until my appt time.   Then I wanted to sign up for the patient portal but there's no way to do it online so I sent an email to the only email address on their website and it's the office manager telling me to contact the office directly...not sure what the office manager does.  I called and they said I needed to come in and fill out the paperwork in person. Why didn't they give me that paperwork when I was there for my appt? Why didn't anyone ask if I was interested then? I don't like how the office is run.

Dr. Felix is honestly amazing. I was new to California when I first started going to him just a few months ago so I was a little scared but honestly he’s better than any other doctor I’ve been to back on the east coast. He treated my bf first and then I started making my own appointments and I feel as though I can really trust him. Now we are starting a family and we still continue to see Dr. Felix because he and his staff are just great 1010 would recommend

He is an amazing doctor. I was worried when I was in search of a new doctor as I had had some bad experiences.. with a current injury I had in my knee.He took over my care for me what I needed and has been great ever since. Highly recommend.The staff are kind and responsive.All around good experience thus far

Love Dr. Felix!! I appreciate his approach to Medicine and his emphasis on food and exercise.

He is a terrific doctor.I feel like I lucked out so much to have him.Dr .Felix responds in a timely manner he is caring and knowledgeable .

I am fortunate enough to have two different HMOs for medical care however Dr. Felix is my goto for any illness that I deem significant andor require long term care. I trust his expertise. He is a forward thinker and a true professional.

I just called to get help to see if I'm eligible to see the doctor (I have a ppo) and the receptionist told me she need my insurance card, sorry I don't have it with me, I asked if she can help me find my career and she said "no" thank god I dont have a serious illness because she basically told me NO I CANT HELP YOU! We from my medical experience (Working) I was able to pull verification with just a SS#, Birthday and Primary insurance holder name, Dr. Felix, please continue to practice customer service, this is unacceptable, specially the way I was spoken to, as if I didn't matter to your practice.

I am a new patient of Dr Felix less that a year because my previous retired. Dr Felix took the time to familiarize himself with my history and immediately addressed some issues that past physicians have basically just blown off. He referred me to specialists for further evaluations and those issues are finally being addressed. He is thorough patient and listens to you. Nurses work the front desk and are also just as helpful with appointments and test results. Wait time has always been minimal. At this time I believe Dr Allan Felix is the best family practice physician I have had in many many years. Its nice to feel confident in my physician again.

My wife and I have been going to Dr Felix many years. He by far in my opinion is the most caring Doctor I know of. Jenifer his receptionist has always made us feel welcome with the highest customer services.Dr Felix always takes his time with us for our medical needs.I WOULD RECOMMEND DR FELIX TO EVERYONE
