How you gonna say you open at a time but don't put your damn phones on so people can call. Not only that. Brunette thick girl is a rude one. She works front desk. Always has an attitude like she hates her job or your inconveniencing her day. Get a new job then lady! Cause next time you give me attitude cause it's all the time I'm not playing. I'll give that shit harder back! Never will I take my son to this shit place. It's more of a place where they think your poor and treat you like that. Just cause you have medical. Hell no!

They are all friendly and so helpful

If you want a good experience request Belinda by far the best pediatrician and the only reason I haven’t gone elsewhere.

Worst place

I have been coming to her office for over 10 years even before this location. The staff was always nice. Recently the past year I have noticed the wait in the lobby is longer than before. When I schedule appointments I also be put on hold for long periods of time. Today I called to reschedule and was put on hold again. I also do not get Alma anymore its been over 3 years now but the new Practitioner is friendly and my kids enjoy her. Never again Horrible customer service 62020

My daughter just had her baby Dr. Salazar delivered him and referred her to see his wife Alma Rosa Salazar for pediatric care. We’ve been calling her office since last Thursday for his first check up she’s been leaving messages unfortunately the staff does not bother to return calls much more answer the phone during business hrs. So we had no choice but to call another pediatrician which gave her a same day appointment. It’s a shame that some Dr.’s don’t know how terrible their staff is or maybe don’t care because they have more than enough children to care for.

I always wait 45 minutes or more whenever I bring my daughter in for an appointment. We only started here because the pediatrician was innetwork and when she was nice we stayed. But our experiences over the past 8 months have been nothing but waiting around and then rushed time when the nurse practitioner who is very nice finally checks out my daughter. I will not be returning

I been coming to this place 12 years ago ..have 3 girls all of them been seen by Alma Salazar and Belinda great drs..Belinda is very professional very caring she takes her time with each child .each need and goes beyond to make sure the child gets the right medicine and gets full attention to every question we have..shes awsome .the staff is very friendly always..all the girls that work there are friendly and professional..my girls couldnt have a better pediatrician than them..if i could give u guys more than 5 stars i would..thank u for caring for my kids.

My son has been coming to Dr salazar since he was born, usually my experience at this office is not too bad, the Dr is knowledgeable and I'm usually satisfied with my son's check ups, but as for the the staff they definitely need re training towards customer service and empathy, they over book their patients causing extreme  a wait times, the front desk receptionist was very unprofessional when questioned about the wait times. It's unfortunate I may just be having to change my pediatrician due to the staff.

Every time we have a doctor's appointment nurses have been so niceStephanie is usually assisting Dr. Salazar and is great when it comes to vaccinations (for my youngest)and they always call to remind us about any future vaccines. I take my girls to go get their physicals when it's sports season. They always schedule me soon(especially for the girl's physicals). It's great because we usually have a tight schedule.
