Negative 10 stars.Worst Doctor ever who took the oath to help people in pain. Who doesnt even care to listen even on the phone.This is the second time.1st when i had a severe backache where i couldnt even move and she was on “vacation” her staff said you need to manage on your own. The doctor did not even have any emergency nurse for phone consultation. Even during A PANDEMICToday was the worst i called to ask what i need to do regarding my muscle spasm i had so severe that i could not move one inch and it was so painful i was stuck at work.She came on the phone and i said i have severe muscle spasm. To that she did not even let me finish and said “get an appointment with my nurse and if you cant then go to ER DO NOT CALL ME AND HUNG UP”. I was in tears with that pain and that namesake doctor didn’t BOTHER to even ask what the problem was.PLEASE PAY A HIGHER FEE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL HAVE NO DOCTOR TO ATTEND IN CASE OF YOUR NEED.SHAME ON SUCH PEOPLE WHO CALL THEMSELVES DOCTORS.

As a patient of Dr. Patel my health has never improved greater. She is tough when she needs to be does not candy coat but is real and cares. Something I need. Under her care she helped me to lose 180 lbs. I no longer have high Blood pressure no longer have asthma no longer need meds of any kind. She changed my life. She listened. She cared.

i would give 0 star but i dont have choice. so i have to give one star.the staff is so rude. never helpful and it always take longer than usual to get approval from dr. patels office. it sucks.

Dr. Patel is really friendly and kind. She asked alot of history questions and was very informative. I didnt feel like she was rushing like most doctors do. Also staff is really friendly. I am very pleased with my consult today and will keep going back to Dr Patel.

It seems she has a lot of back ground expirence because of the Corona Virouse it took us over 3 weeks to be able and see my mother in law Maria Jimenez. Lets see what my mother in.opinion is

Dr Patel doesn’t even deserve one star. Very rude and careless has no patience for us patients. The only thing good about this office is the office staff are very nice. Will not be returning to this awful doctor

Worse Doctor in Riverside. She does not care of your health issues there is never anything wrong with you she always has the worst attitude.

I told her what was wrong. With my husband she didnt listen . her nurse could get his blood pressure and his temperature was so low 82°. I didnt know that was super bad she shouldve sent us to the hospital immediately she didnt she sent us home saying he was having a nervous breakdown and took him off all his medicines except for 1.and I did as she told me to. Give him his medicine and a sleeping pill . he died that night. SHE IS A BAD DOCTOR.

Best Dr. ever I luv her she caring she take time to listens to ur concerns she takes time to explain whats wrong with you and why she can be really straight out but I prefer that then to be lied to.. I luv her honesty I appreciate it everything she does and all her personal are awesome always there to help you I highly recommend her
