The appointment is at a certain hour and we wait for over an hour even longer I’m very disappointed IIm never coming back and the receptionist very rude and she fights with the coworkers like she owns this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Gupta is caring and honest. She doesn't sugar coat anything and always looks out for your best interests even if you dont know it. She coaches you and her methods made me feel stronger as a mother. She helped me give birth to two kids (different times) naturally no meds. I am grateful to have her as my doc. Office wait time can be a downer, take reading material, she's worth the wait.

She delivered my son about 3 years ago and was very nice and seemed to really care, I'm pregnant with my second son and definitely gonna try to see her again.

To all of these people saying she isn’t nice or caring must be way too sensitive. She has been in this practice for 30+ years and she doesn’t sugar coat things. She delivered my only child and she is fantastic. She respected all of my wishes and my birth plan, and the things she didn’t like we compromised on. My appointments were quick (minus the wait times, a few times we were told to go get breakfast since she was in the middle of a delivery, which was fine by me. They always called and let me know if she was out of the office.), and she was very straightforward with me about any questions myself or my husband had. Ruby and Shawna are awesome, they were always extremely nice and willing to help if there was anything I needed. I was in a minor car accident during my pregnancy and I went by ambulance to the hospital, and she came after her work hours to check on me and make sure my baby and myself were okay. As I said, anyone that thinks she isn’t caring must be overly sensitive. She’s a fantastic doctor and if/when I decide to have another baby, she’ll be my go-to!

Waited 3 months for a simple procedure. First month noone called me. Second month, over booked third month, no answer. Decided to go elsewhere.

After reading all the negatives about Dr. Gupta's office, I was worried about how my appt would go. I have to tell you that everyone I encountered was very nice and friendly. Dr. Gupta spent time with me, discussing my particular problem and ways to treat it. I never felt rushed, no one was rude and the wait time was fairly normal for any doctor's office. I would recommend her to any woman seeking ob/gyn treatment.
