Aruna Pallapati's Online Review Report Card

Pallapati herself is a nice woman but honestly her staff is a little unprofessional. I was not given much of any information on what my son needed until I went to a different doctor vitamin d drops for breastfeeding. General information on where my son was percentile wise. And When my son needed shots the nurse was noticeably nervous and panicked as soon as she started. This was my experience for both appointments where shots were needed and the reason she no longer is my sons pediatrician. Besides that they were real considerate when we were having insurance troubles and gave us temporary solutions while we waited. Whether that’s for protocol I don’t know but I still appreciated it. Overall everyone’s experience is different and this was mine for the 4 months that we went.

Dr is rude and so is the male who works in her office. They are always going back and fourth arguing in front of the patients. They seem to be very rude to the staff too.

The office is not the nicest but Dr. Pallapati is a really nice and great doctor she will take time and actually talk with you you can get your kids in any day if the week she remembers you nd your kids and she has a nicer office in Corona. She will do anything you ask. If you want a certain test done even though she and other docs think you dont need it she will order it for you anyways so you can have peace of mind. She always tells me its my choice and I love that about her Any referall or meds for my child she usually does without hesitation. The only real problem I have had with her office is the fax places never seem to get them on time but i have noticed its happening everywhere so I cannot blame her office but blame the fax Everyone is friendly especially the girl who does all the referrals in the front office I foret her name but she is awesome

Dr. Pallapati has been my 3 boys doctor since 2014 shes the best pediatrician in corona and truly cares and is passionate about her patients care. shes also very flexible on my schedule since Im in the nursing field and work hectic hours. I always recommend her to all my patients Im so glad she was on call when I gave birth my boys actually look forward to their doctor visits with her. Her and her staff Rock they are awesome..... I recommend her for children of all ages . Sanchez family

Dr. Pallapati is very thorough with her patients. I can feel she has a passion for her field and she genuinely cares about the well being of my son. Dr. will cover any area whether its a ointmentmedicinevitamin prescription or a hemo test to make sure your child is healthy and strong even if you think your child will be fine she still takes the initiative to go beyond what I expect. I always enjoy the visits and her staffs follow up system is great Thank you for caring for my son.

I love it

When I asked to space out the vaccines she told me no that if there is a mistake made it would be bad...... Why would there be a mistake made. I said I really wasnt comfortable doing them all the same day and she again said that if there was a mistake and the wrong dose was given..... Really unsettling that I was pretty much being told that the staff is incompetent.... I again said it was not something we wanted and she said I had to find a different pediatrician.
