Terrible doctor

dr greer seems to be preoccupied being something else besides being an m.d.??

Other drs receptionist is extremely LAZY and RUDE her office Radiates NEGATIVITY

We started our relationship with phone visits due to CoVid. They were awkward for me... Its hard to get a feel for a physician in that manner. But after 6 months of that type of communication I was finally able to visit in person and was very pleased with her thoroughness time spent on my concerns and some solid recommendations. I suspect Ill raise this rating to 5 stars as I get to know her.

Dr. Greer had big shoes to fill when Dr. Jackson retired. But she did so flawlessly The practice like many others were being worked to the max because of Obamacare changes but she took her time to get to know me and my chart and was able to update some of my prescription needs based on the latest research and my areas of concern. She may be busy but it’s because she’s worth the wait and her staff is great I have been coming to this office for as long as I can remember and I have no plans on going anywhere else I love my team and the personalized treatment I receive. Referrals and help with appeals to my insurance have always been dealt with in a timely manner. Absolutely WOULD recommend

Not sure who to grade here. Never have seen or met Dr. Greer. I have been to her office several times. It takes several days or weeks to get an appt. yet I have never seen more than 2 people in her waiting room. Staff acts like they are bothered most of the time you call to make an appt. The PA is professional and spends time with you but I am looking forward to meeting the new Drs coming in. Hopefully there will be a big change to that office. If not I will be looking for a new Dr.

The office staff are friendly and very professional and wait time is very minimal. Dr. Greer is great and my only complaint is that they arent very good at calling you back with test results referral approvals or if you call to leave a message for the doctor they are so delayed in getting back to you with a response. This office doesnt have a Patient Portal which would benefit their office tremendously Hope this information has helped in your decision to choose the right PCP for you.

I would not recommend Dr. Greer to anyone. Every need I have that my precious Doctors have taken care of for over 25 years she claims is out of her scope or she is not comfortable dealing with. My health has been put on hold by her. She has even failed to put through referrals for specialists I have seen for years for existing conditions Changing Drs first chance I get Always an excuse by her or her staff.

I am so pleased with Dr. Greer and Frank. They took the time with me and made me feel that my best interests is what they cared about. Wonderful Doctor and Frank was patient and kind and laughed at my silly joke. I was so impressed with their professional but human approach.
