When I discovered that I had a heart problem (a Fib), I must admit that I was scared and didn't know what to do. Fortunately, a family member's experience with Dr. Biswas led me to her, and I'm very glad they did. Dr. Biswas is the absolute best at what she does. Not only is she knowledgeable about what she does, but like few other doctors, she really takes the time to talk with her patients to make sure they understand what is happening with their health. Would I recommend Dr. Biswas for anyone with a cardiac issue? In a heartbeat (pun intended)!

Called in, made a phone call visit appointment, they never called to confirmed a day before, I called in once the appointment time past, to be informed Dr. Mimi Biswas is not even there !!!??? And I was waiting for no ones call... This is not acceptable!!! She must be making too much money if she doesn't care about her patients wellness!!! Save yourself time and take your love ones to a Dr. who cares about you, for sure not this one!

The incompetence and uncaring attitude of their front and back office staff is unacceptable. Every... single... member... of... their... office... staff... should... be... FIRED!!! It took THREE WEEKS, ten phone calls (answered - nevermind the 30-40 times they never bothered to answer the phone), and a sit-in to receive a surgical clearance referral. THREE WEEKS of "Oh, sorry, we'll flag your file as a priority". THREE WEEKS of "Who are you, again?" THREE WEEKS of "I will call you back first thing tomorrow with an ETA" (which NEVER happened). THREE WEEKS for a referral which required less than FIVE MINUTES of face time with a doctor. THREE WEEKS!!!This is above and beyond mis-scheduling appointments (writing one date/time on the appointment card, another in the appointment book/computer).

I was very surprised that Dr. Biswis was prepared so well. Usually I have found the Specialists I see appear not to have reviewed any of the documentation I provide prior to my visit. However, Dr. Biswis knew things about me that I had forgotten, and she wasn't even referring to her notes. She was aware of other conditions, my medications, and test results which had been forwarded by my Primary Care Physician. I could tell that she was prepared to discuss my medical condition. I really appreciated that. In addition to all of that she appeared to me to be very caring and had a sense of humor too. I have much confidence in the skills of Dr. Biswis.
