I thought I'd relate my experience trying to get an appointment after getting a referral to this group. I tried calling four times during their business hours, each time getting a message indicating I was calling after hours. Which was incorrect.I then tried filing out a form on their website, which I did and submitted. I explained that I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone so I was requesting an appointment this way. I received back an email from a "Customer Success Manager" telling me that "[She] will be happy to help. [She] will follow up with our team for you and make sure you receive an answer shortly."Two days later I'd heard nothing and, of course, had not been able to make an appointment. I emailed that same manager asking what else I could do to get an appointment. I got no reply.I eventually emailed her again indicating I was going elsewhere where I could actually make an appointment. I got no reply. So I went to another cardiology group, made just one phone call and set up an appointment.Though I don't think it applies to my review, you should always keep in mind that for privacy reasons health care review recipients usually cannot say anything in response to negative reviews. So reviews can be a little unfair sometimes and tell just part of the story. In my case, what I've written is what happened. I wasn't asking for an immediate appointment, I just wanted an appointment and wasted several days trying to get one.As to the quality of their services, I'll leave that to others since I couldn't get in to see anybody.
The wait is ridiculous. Covid protocol is limited inside seating but the hall way is blocked by shoulder to shoulder people all waiting as well as blocking the stairs. We were told they are running late by 30 minutes to an hour but we are waiting an hour now and several people here were here when we got here. Health risk is not the priority. Unless it is only limited to worrying about the staffs safety.
I brought my 99-year-old mother for a consultation with Dr Attia. She was concerned about feeling short of breath, dizziness, and episodes of anxiousness. After a routine blood pressure, Oxygen and EKG exams by the medical assistant, Dr Atta gave my mother a cursory exam which consisted of a quick stethoscope of her heart and lungs. He then told my mom her problem was she needed to exercise and recommended a stationary type of bicycle in her home. Unfortunately, Dr Attia didn't take the time to notice I brought my mother to his office in a wheelchair. An exercise program like this was laughable if it was not so pathetic of him to even suggest it. I asked if some type of sleep aid for her nighttime sleeplessness and anxiety and he quickly said I don't do that -- go see your Primary Doctor.Dr Attia made it very obvious compassion wasn't a part of his professional demeanor. I find it amazing or actually repulsive that a doctor treats a patient without any feeling and simply treats an older person as just another old person he "has' to see and blew off as quickly as he possible could. Dr Attia treated my mother like she was disposable and no longer a person worthy of wasting his time onDo yourself and your love ones a favor and see a Doctor who actually cares. - Don't waste your time with Dr Attia - he could care less !!
I would give zero stars if that was an option. This is the most unprofessional office and doctor I have ever been to. I have never been seen within two hours of my appointment time. When you ask when you will get called back, the answer is ALWAYS that Dr. Biswas is at the hospital but will be there shortly. Whether the appointment is in the morning or afternoon, she is always at the hospital. It takes forever to get test results back even when they know you are scheduled for surgery and need cardiac clearance before proceeding. They don't care! I must have called six times and was always told how busy she is and that they have left her messages to interpret the results. I had to cancel my surgery due to her not performing her job in a timely manner. I was told by the person doing the echocardiogram that if they know surgery is pending on the outcome, they can get the results in one week when it normally takes two. Even knowing that I needed them ASAP, she took over three weeks to read the tests and get back to me. My tests were supposed to be ordered in May but they "forgot" until I called in June. They then were not able to get me in until November!!!! When I told them I had surgery scheduled, they found me openings for my if I was willing to drive to different locations, which I was. I was scheduled in Murrieta, (a 45 minute drive) for a 4:30PM echocardiogram and an 8:30 stress test the following morning meaning I had to make two trips. They called me the day before the echocardiogram to say the technician would not be in and they would need to reschedule. When I told them of my pending surgery, they found an opening in San Bernardino the next morning. THEN, the following morning I drove to Murrieta for the stress test. As soon as I walked in, they asked if I had taken any blood pressure meds that morning. When I responded that I had, they told me they couldn't do the test. No one had given me any instructions or do's or don'ts prior to the test. A wasted trip!Every time you call the office, it is like a new experience for them. They have no clue what you are talking about even though you have been over with them just the day prior. The entire office is a mess.
Good parking, sweet staff.always wiling to listen and help with any questions ,no complaints.
I took my father for his fist cardiologist appointment at this clinic and we received nothing but excellent costumer service. Nurse Paola was very professional and polite to us, even offered us a sooner time for my father to be seen by the doctors she works for. Her coworker James was very helpful. I fully recommend this clinic and my father will be happy to continue his heart care here permanently.
Great service. On time. Listens, makes great suggestions.
I truly appreciate the service I received from each member of the medical team. They were all polite and courteous. Happy I found this medical office
Melissa is amazing she’s so sweet and caring going in pregnant she was very patient with me as I was moving veeeeery slow lol. She’s a doll. Thank u I did not feel rushed AT ALL!!
Wish there was zero stars. Plan to wait on hold forever only to have them hang up on you. Virtually impossible to speak to anyone. Dr. Attia will bend over backwards to AVOID actually having to see a patient. My husband wore an AFib monitor for 2 weeks. The results got lost. For months, nurses (Alicia V.) told me no monitor had ever even been ordered. When we demand an appt for explanation, they claim that after months of insisting it didn't exist, the monitor report has miraculously reappeared just in time to spare Dr. Attia actually having to speak to a patient. Awful. These people do not care about patients at all.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
