Dr. Kim was patient and very attentive to what I had to say. I was totally confident in him. Would highly recommend Dr. Kim.

This office never follows up on your care. Dr Kim said he was going to send me to PT for my back pain I had for several weeks. The never called to say where to go or who to see. I called a few times and I was told I needed to talk to his nurse. I left several messages for his nurse and never never got a call back. They also were supposed order a ct scan for my locked shoulder. NEVER happened. The think that sucks it’s the only place my insurance will covet!😩

I had my knee surgery done by Dr. Donald Kim, and I’ve had no problems whatsoever. Yes the wait was longer than I expected but at least l was in the doctors office. But I was very pleased with my overall experience.

This facility was just old/icky. Like it was a hospital from the 1930's that was never updated OR cleaned. we were put in a waiting area (not a room) with three other patients. Felt like an episode of MASH. Didn't do a damn thing for my broken finger other than tell me, "yeah its broke"

Has the rudest staff ever! I paid my $35 dollar deductible on 2/13/17 and I'm on my way to the bank to get a print out to prove it so they will stop harassment and billing. Had another appointment with them and they demanded a $265 co- payment I told them my co-payment was $35.00 and she said insurance said $200 and another $65.00 I said no that's not write I paid that she said to prove it. Then she said your wright you just pay us $96.00 and we are good. Would not trust them at all.

So far scheduling was so much easier than anywhere else. A+

I tried to set an appointment 4 times and the 4 times I was put on hold when it was my turn The receptionist hangup on me. I tried to explain to her that I already been on hold for 46 minutes she said you have to wait for your turn. Totally rude and unprofessional. I wish I would it met Dr. Kim as he is probably a very good Doctor. Eric

Dr. Kim was my appointed QME doctor who examined me after my industrial work injury. Dr. Kim was very professional and his bed side manners were impeccable. This was my first experience dealing with a QME doctor and Dr. Kim showed compassion toward me and my injury. I believe Dr. Kim went above and beyond what was expected from a QME doctor. I truly want Dr. Kim to be recognized for his professionalism and compassion he exemplified toward my injury. Dr. Kim had faith with my deposition and my honesty with regard to my injury. Dr. Kim encouraged the insurance company to accept my claim and help me proceed forward with my recovery. I'm completely grateful for Dr. Kim and his staff and all they did to help expedite my medical situation. If you are sent to Dr. Donald Kim for a QME examination, Have faith that you will be treated professionally and with the utmost compassion. Thank You Dr. Donald Kim
