Decent care but they will be very happy to tell you come in early then make you wait over a hour .

It depends on who I get how happy I am.

I have been here since my teen years and never had a bad experience. I like the doctors a lot. And there very understanding when I have a health problem. I like the fact they have many doctors available if your primary isn't available.

What do you do when you patient is in pain ? You try to accommodate and diagnose your patient. My dad came with pain and one part of his body about five months ago, Dr. Natalia diagnosed him with diabetes. My father had pancreatitis a few years ago and was diagnosed a medication that was not recommended for a person that had pancreatitis he took it for two months without his doctor Even noticing that he was not able to take that medication. His medication was switched and he was giving another diabetic medication for another month. My father is not diabetic, nor he has high blood pressure. My father has had shingles for the past five months and his doctor never found the diagnosis. I brought it up to another doctor which we seen in this clinic and after she was trying to discharge Him with pain and unknown calls I suggested he might have shingles or some thing else. I’ve diagnosed my father and now I know she has shingles and has been suffering with pain and has been misdiagnosed several times, he hasn’t been prescribed any antiviral medication nor giving any Strong pain medication other than ibuprofen and Tylenol. Shingles is one of the most painful viral infection service and my father has Been missed diagnosed for a long time. I understand These are low income clinics but the patients are not being properly taken care of Nor diagnosed by professionals. I am very disappointed because I thought doctors took an oath to take care of their patients but my father has been suffering for the past five months without a diagnosis that I was able to diagnose in less than five seconds with google.

At first I really liked it here. As of now I can never get ahold of anyone and I'm always having trouble with my prescriptions. Some of these prescriptions I need to to take daily and I end up running out. Super frustrating. I use to recommend this place but now I wouldn't even waste my time.

Me and my husband have been calling for 3 days nows. Randomly through the day. No one has picked up the phone. We've been going to Eastside for three years now. Last year during the heart of covid, they picked up and didn't have such shitty service.

I was with this clinic for 8 years! And never had an issue until they opened the building B, for 2 weeks now I have been calling to even speak to someone and I was on hold for and hour and 30 min Of no one answering my call..

It was my first time here today. Front office customer service rep gave great service. The medical assistant that helped me was also very friendly and gave great service. Dr. was very clear with information, easy going and gave me what I needed done the same day. Very happy with the service I received here, I recommend to anyone!

So disappointing. I get here 30 mins before my appointment nobody is here. I'm hoping they let me in next but ppl start arriving after I get here, those ppl are  late to their appointment but somehow I'm the one who supposed to wait for those ppl to go in first. I think that's ridiculous. I've been waiting for almost an hour. WILL BE CHANGING PROVIDERS. & POINT IS COME LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOULL BE THE PRIORITY TO BE LET IN FIRST IT DOESNT MATTER IF YOURE AN HOUR LATE. Learned my lesson

So I recently changed my doctor and was attempting to schedule an appointment. I'm on the phone waiting for 15min no answer I hang up call again and finally someone picks up I tell them I'd like to schedule an appointment, receptionist then tells me there's no appointments available to call back next week. Wtf seriously I'm in need of a doctor, I was at least hoping for an appointment for this week. If it wasn't for the one month wait to change providers, I would have changed my doctor in a heartbeat. Now I'm stuck at home feeling sick to my stomach. Definitely don't bother with them. I'll be changing doctors after my first appointment.
