This office is not good at communicating with patients. I had an appointment scheduled and they changed it to a telehealth appointment the DAY OFF. Even my doctor said based on what I was experiencing, I should have been scheduled to come in. After my telehealth appointment I was supposed to be called back to schedule lab work. No call so I had to call myself 3 days later. They also never, and I mean NEVER, answer the phone. I don't understand how you can let a phone ring for so long and not answer it.
Do not go here! It takes forever to speak to a representative and when you finally manage to speak to someone they put you on hold. When it is finally time for your appointment the doctor can only check on you for one thing and then you have to schedule a follow up appointment. When you go to schedule another appointment they only have availability for the next month and nothing sooner than that. When it comes to prescriptions or medications that requires a doctor signature they take weeks to sign. Due to this my dad has been without a wheelchair which he needs because he is disabled. If I could give this review 0 stars i most definitely would. Id say save your time and go to another clinic.
Back then service here was great. Customer service and call center. Now they only have good service inside the facility. Phone operators are super rude. I haven't been able to schedule my kids physicals for a whole month. Vanessa that answers calls answers and places me of hold. Just my luck, she answers my calls... she Literally had me holding 3 different times for 45min!! Makes me not want to ever take my kids just because of the rude call center.
Referred for a COVID test and their website says walk in testing. Called to verify 3 times but was put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up in. Get to the clinic and told appointment only.
First time patient, looking for another doctor's office as we speak.First and foremost, I understand that our medical system is taxed right now. Everything is terrible and stretched too thin, but this is absolutely unacceptable.I initially had an appointment for January 4th at 3pm. At 1pm that day, the office called to ask if I'd be willing to come in another day because my provider opted to work from home. Not ideal because I was about to run out of my Lexapro prescription and needed a refill before I was forced to be without it, but I said yes, and we set an appointment for Monday the 10th. I realized I had class that day and couldn't attend, so I called in plenty of time and rescheduled for Tuesday the 18th. When I spoke with the person at the front desk, I was asked if I preferred a female or male doctor due to the nature of my appointment; I said woman, and the person confirmed that the doctor I would be seeing was, in fact, a woman. I then asked if I could also receive my COVID-19 vaccine booster in the same appointment and again was told sure, absolutely. The 18th (yesterday) rolls around, and as instructed I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment. From then on, it was a disaster. I was taken back to an exam room at 10:10; not only was I not seen by an actual doctor for another hour, the doctor was a man - something no one told me until I was already in the exam room. Thankfully he was very nice, but I was extremely annoyed that no one felt it necessary to tell me that I did not have a female doctor as offered during my conversation with the front desk. I'm a rape survivor, and need significantly more notice if there's going to be a man poking around my undercarriage. The doctor and I discussed the nature of my appointment and it was agreed that a full blood and urine panel would be done as part of the exam, and I completed this portion. It wasn't until almost 5:30pm that the doctor called to tell me he "forgot" to request the full panel, requiring me to come back on another day to have the same tests run. Lastly, I went to ask the gentleman at the front desk about my vaccine booster; I'd just had blood drawn and wanted to go home and rest, so I wanted to get my shot and go home. He then proceeded to tell me that they "don't do" vaccines everyday because they don't want to waste an entire vial on one shot, and asked if I could come back for it in February.February.I guess the look on my face said no, and when I said I'd just go to Walgreens, he disappeared for a second and came back to ask if I could come back today, 1/19, for my shot. I then asked why I was told something completely different on the phone and while it wasn't his fault, it's clear that there's a serious miscommunication issue at that front desk that desperately needs to be resolved. Between this and the doctor "forgetting" to request the proper blood tests, I'm more than a little upset about the unacceptable level of patient care I received. I'm struggling to find work as it is; the time spent chasing around trying to fix someone else's multiple errors is cutting into time that could be spent interviewing. Additionally, because I'm not working and don't have reliable transportation, I have to borrow money to be able to go back and forth for all of these extra things that are a direct result of someone else's mistakes. So, thanks for that.As stated above, I am currently and actively on the hunt for a different doctor's office and PCP because this is beyond the pale, even for a pandemic.
I really like the dentist, so clean and professional. And the clinic too, there very organize and take the precautions to keep the patients happy.
Great doctors, but they never answer the phone for an appointment, this force me to change primary care doctor 🤦🏽♀️
There are some great drs, some drs that truly care. And some drs dont know what they are talking about and show LACK of empathy. Call backs are terrible 90% of the time.Update: went from 3 stars to 1!!! I asked for FIVE months for blood work and nothing. I was so bad. I had to take myself to urgent care. Then had an appointment for the 17th of November and told me the dr can do telehealth (was supposed to be in person because told him it might be a UTI) and I said fine I'll do telehealth. The day off, no call! I called and they said they didn't change it. So no telehealth! Going to find another drs office. This is people's health u don't mess with!
If I could give no starts I would but unfortunately there was no option for 0 starts. Do not come here! First of all it’s hard to get an appointment here they never answer even after calling multiple times at different times of the day. Finally after being able to come in for an “allergic reaction on my eyelids” which wasn’t btw, but the dr insisted it was, didn’t even bother to do labs or send me to a dermatologist, specialist etc. not even a prescription to alleviate my symptoms. I did a better job at diagnosing myself on google. Save your time do your research and go somewhere else.
Not quite sure what's wrong with this place. Been calling multiple times a day two days in a row and no one answers. What kind of doctors office is that?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
