Horrible service the receptionist Sochi is extremely rude she never calls back and is always so moody when I call in they are always resechduling me and its been 4 months of back and forth to try to schedule some exams for the hernia today they call me and turns out that now they dont have any of my records or exams what kind of doctor and personnel are they? This is ridiculous dont go here unless you want bad treatment

I will never go back to the BOLIVAR office on F street San Bernardino again nor do I refer anyone else to. I had 3 appointments all followups from a breast biopsy. Not once did they even have my results and didnt even know why I was there. The so called Dr. ALSO told me he would give me a call as soon as he read the pathology report. This was on March 102017.. Ive called and receptionist sends my request to a voicemail. Today is March 15 2017. Unprofessional...not even a one star..
