Worst doctor ever takes weeks to call you back and confirm your situation. Dont care about emergencies and the whole staff in the Riverwalk office is the same they are dont act like professionals. If less than one star is there i would give those m. guys.

Overall wonderful doctor who listens to her patients and works with them to get them healed. Not perfect but the best doctor who I have had in a long time.

Took my mom to her followup appointment. Took about 30 minutes to get called in the exam room spent another 45 minutes waiting for everything else to be finished. All my mom came in for was a blood test to see if her lipid levels are under controlled. Almudhafar doesn’t respect other people’s time and does not go in depth with the check ups follow ups. I don’t feel safe for my mom with her as the primary doctor.

Dr. Almudhafar appears knowledgeable but she has the absolute worst bedside manner. You cannot finish your sentence without her interrupting you. She is cold and condescending. I switched providers after a few appointments with her because I pay too much for my health insurance to have a poor experience when I go to the doctor.

The most ruthless Dr doesent listen to patient from start to end she walks out on patients after she verbally abused the patients i dont know why shes allowed around patients no bed side manners no manners at all basically stealing insurances money and verbally abused sick ppl stay away if u want to live

This is absolutely hands down the worst doctors office in Riverside county. The staff is completely uselessand the doctor herself is very unhelpful To make an appointment you need to be almost dead as the staff is not interested in helping anyone. It is almost unbelievable how bad this office is. I have never spoken to ruder more inept office help in all my life...
