Gary Feinberg's Online Review Report Card

I checked in everything was fine. and out of no where, the lady at front desk become hostile and she kicked me out of the office screaming at me.

How is this guy still in business???? This is NOT a doctors office, for over 5 months trying to get in contact with them, finally a call back, only to be automated, telling me of an appointment, doesn't say for who, when I called back, again a message saying to go online. Worst office / experience ever with a so called doctor. Be ware! I think this place collects all your info to later sell it. Next step, putting a complaint with the BBB. Absolutely ridiculous.

If Dr. Feinberg and staff are the only ENT specialist that your insurance will approve you to go to, you are without an ENT specialist. Stick with and work with your PCP only and/or switch insurances to an insurance that has a different ENT option. Everything I would write, detailing what I was led to believe was just my own personal experience, would only be a repeat of the other 60 bad reviews that patients have written here. Good luck in your ear, nose, throat care journey. Don't give up!

Wow horrible phone automated system goes in circles and no person ever answers the phone. Tried the texting option, no response. I will be notifying my Insurance that this office is unavailable for patients and doesn’t answer the phone.

Had a phone appointment almost a year ago about Tonsils originally. Referred me to do a CT. The CT showed a nodule on my thyroid but I never heard back from the doctor and it's impossible to make an appointment. Now I'm having a hard time getting my insurance to refer me to another ent. Don't waste your time with this place.

Unfortunately I can't even say I was even seen by Dr. Feinberg. They have a horrible scheduling system though online portal. I am extremely busy and trying to schedule an appt by talking to someone over the phone and provided them with all info needed. Unfortunately it's not the case here, you have to send a message through the portal then next day someone sends you a message ask for a id and insurance card. They don't have a button to attach documents requested. after 3 messages back and fourth they send me a number to text my id and insurance card and I did felt sketchy and just unprofessional. I have also asked if they can call me because I don't have the time and to go back and fourth I did ask if they can't schedule me it's ok I will ask to be referred elsewhere, thinking wow we don't want to lose a potential patient but they did not care. Then the person in charge of responding back to message tried to belittle me and argue stated no one else has complained about the office or system apparently they don't read their Yelp reviews!I requested for them not to contact me after letting them know I will be referred else where and they still had the balls to respond with the emails attached.Oh and according to the staff I didn't comply with providing them with the info that they needed but in her response she stated she was going to file a grievance as well to my medical plan. But how according them I didn't provided them with any info!?

I’d give zero stars if I could. This place is a joke! The staff is horrible. I didn’t get to see the actual doctor but, with how the so called texting communication was, I immediately requested a new ENT. If they are disrespectful through a text, I imagine how disrespectful they are in person. I don’t need their services on to the next! Don’t waste your time! Go to a real office where real people are going to answer your phone call and not this office where they have rude robots.

Don’t bother coming here you’ll be wasting your time. I’ve been having tinnitus and dizziness with sound sensitivity and ear fullness. The front office lady never answers the calls so I left a text message like they said in their voicemail message. No reply for a month until I filed a complaint with the insurance. She replied saying “why did you call your insurance u needed to contact us” and said they do not need to pick up calls 🙄 Anyway, I’ve had my CT done and came back normal. Dr said I need to go talk to my neurologist because it’s a migraine issue but he never examined me in person nor did he ask any relevant assessment questions. No hearing tests or physical assessments. I haven’t been able to function normally for weeks because of this but this doctor thinks 5 minutes of phone call without addressing anything is perfectly fine. Went down to a different ENT and he immediately noticed there’s scarring on my ear drum which could be affecting my hearing and ordered a hearing test. Don’t waste your time and money coming here the staff don’t care about their work and the doctor rushes through your appointment
