Gary Feinberg's Online Review Report Card

Called around 7 times soon after someone picked up...Only to put me on hold. I watched 5 min on hold and when the presumably sounding nice lady said she was looking up my information she hangs up on me. I call again and ofcourse... get send straight for voicemail.

The Doctors are great but the front office staff is terrible. They never answer the phone to try to cancel an appointment or any other issue.

This message is for the Dr. Finberg the front office lady always put patients on hold and never comes back or just simply won't pick up. Patients are not able to schedule their appointments for weeks. Why do you have such a horrible staff in front office? This is super bad for your reputation and patients who are in urgent need. This is ridiculous.

Don't choose this doctor.If you ended up with this doctor, ask for a different one. This guy will waste your time and referral.Don't make my mistake.

Worst customer service. Been waiting on a lab work order for over 3 months. I've been trying to call many times no one answers, no one calls back if a message is left.

I had 1 in person visit and was then scheduled for surgery. I am now 2 months post surgery and still have not had a post Op evaluation. Yet he is still still new patients. They are supposedly not setup to complete disability paperwork online with the state, so you need to get paper forms and take them to the office and pay a $35 fee to have them fill them out and mail them. They took 5 weeks to do this. Then they put the incorrect return to work date therefore shorting me disability pay. The staff is also extremely rude! Dr. Feinburg is fully aware of all of the issues yet has done nothing to rectify the situation proving he truly doesnt care about his patients.

Severely incompetent staff.The staff in this office are a Mess! I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Feinberg only for the day to come and I didn’t get a call.When I called their office there was no appointment on file because of missing “codes.”Upon calling my PCP they informed me that the codes Were sent with the referral.I wasted weeks waiting for this appointment. Plus, they wanted to schedule a virtual appointment.Pray tell, how is the Dr. going to check my vocal cords over zoom?Lastly, DeeDee was No help. She brushed it off as if this is a daily occurrence. Something tells me it is!Don’t waste your time here, you won’t get quality care. Go elsewhere!

I would NEVER recommend Dr. Feinberg to anyone. My daughter started having issues in June with her ears and throat. He sent us jumping through so many hoops. She could not hear and was miserable. In September I had enough and went for a second opinion. It was the best decision. His office staff and himself are so unprofessional and they don’t have a clue on what’s going on. If you are getting the run around or can’t get through to them don’t keep trying. We had such a horrible experience.

I was referred to Dr Feinberg’s Office and I could NOT schedule an appointment. I called and called every other day even during after hours I left a message and never got a call back. Their phone system is terrible! Do not recommend this office.

I went to the office on Brockton during the Covid pandemic, the staff was incredible
