Gary Pang's Online Review Report Card

I went to see docter Gary Pang. I was looking for a Doctor closer to me. And fill out disability papers for me. He said he wouldn't take me as a patient because of the type of medication I take from my other pain doctor. I told him I do understand . But still no I'm not a addicted to the medication. Plus he doesn't fill out disability forms. I recommend don't go see him not a good doctor and he doesn't care.

The best Staff, Nurses, Physicians Assistants and Doctor. Caring, helpful and thorough.

Dr. Pang is amazing! I've had other pain management doctors and no comparison. He keeps on going and never gives up figuring out your pain. I feel so much better after my procedures. It has been a journey and I've been going to him for several years. I love how he takes the time to listen and genuinely cares. Staff is wonderful and I highly recommend Dr. Pang. I've had 3 major spine surgeries by Dr Uppal, secsesfully, Dr pang. Is the best pain management you can get.the staff is great. You may have to wait a little bit, but. I have found out through 18 years, the best doctors you have to wait. The time you want for him to make sure he gets YOU out of pain. Everyone else needs the same time. So relax he's the best. He will get to you.

Horrible...First time there...Staff at Brockton location Pathetic. Staff treat patients like if they were stupid. They talk with a yelling demanding voice...Last but not least...One of the Ms. know it all has no patience no customer service ethic and once frustrated Gets up says This is a bunch of FBS with a full lobby of patients and walks away! The office manager needs to do something about her. She knows who she is. Being a first time patient I walked out but not before canceling my appointment. Who wants to be seen by a doctor that his staff treats people like trash!!! Like animals. Not me!

Dr. Pang seems to know more about my conditions than most of my specialists. He is a real doctor. One time the wait was way too long for someone with chronic pain but the relief compensated for the delay.

Dr Pang is knowledgeable and has good bedside manner. On the other hand his NP, Maria- is not very professional. I have called to file a formal complaint, I hope someone returns my call. She had me in tears and would not listen to anything I had to say. ?? She was rude to me. Natalie is very kind as is the receptionist in San Bernardino Office.

Great doctor who cares about you and find solutions to help manage and over come pain.

Patient of dr pangs for over 5 years very professional and I like the idea that dr pang practices pain control thru other interventak treatments Botox, radio frequency, and nerve blocks nice friendly staff!!
