Great experience for my first knee surgery.. staff was awesome and Dr suzuki was the best..11-11-22

I had never been there. We had a small problem finding it. The last # on bldg had partially fallen off. We couldn't find where to check in but we called and were directed to a small check in office. I was directed to take the elevator to 2nd floor Room 200. There.wumber wen was very nice and I recieved excellent care. No number on the door but the office was bright and welcoming.

I just had my surgery today. And I can't say enough good things about the staff. Everyone there was so nice . And I mean Everyone. All the nurses. Special thanks to Jen. And Diane. And to the Anesthesiologist. All with great bed side manners. And thank you Dr. Gascon.. you rock. Thanks for fixing me up.

I really liked this surgery facility. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and staff were all very nice and caring. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had my gallbladder removed here yesterday with my Kaiser surgeon and Glenwood Staff. The staff here took care of me every step of the way. They don't allow any family to come with you so they'll have to wait in the car in the cover carport. I was nervous because I thought I was going to be alone but my nurse traci was there with me before my surgery and another nurse was also helping me. My OR Nurse and anesthesia nurse were very kind and explained everything that was gonna happen. My surgeon held my hand while I was put under and I woke up in recovery with 2 more nurses. The recovery nurses were very kind to me and were patient with me. They help me get dressed and help me out of bed to my wheelchair. My nurse went over discharge with my mom downstairs once I was in the car. If I ever need another surgery I would be happy to have to done here.

This is my fathers words. He had surgery today, he was extremely satisfied with the service he got. They were nice fromThe minute he was greeted in the lobby till the minute he left. Dr. Nurick was great as usual.From my experienceI helped fill out all of his online stuff ahead of time it was simple and every thing worked right. They emailed me back confirmation and information. I was asked if I needed to be contacted and I didn't. He was contacted day before to run through everything. He felt comfortable with the staff and what was going to happen.Day if we came in I signed a waiver saying I'd pick him up, they took him up. They called me about 20 min before he was ready to go letting me know it all went well and he'd be ready to pick up in 20 minutes. Went to pick up called when I got there and they had him out in a few minutes.The nurse gave me all the details.My Dad was comfortable in the situation, with the staff and that meant more then anything.

This place is so very efficient and my nurse Ms. Pat in the hat a super shout out to you... Blessings to you all... See ya in 3 yrs...

This place is fucking trash. They reschedule all the time and never fucking show up. Drug things out for months at a time. They do nothing but give the runaround. And it's fucked up because there's a lot of people in pain and it's not fair to be postponed or not get the treatment that you deserve. What a fucking joke.
