Dr. Jong pulled the wrong tooth. It was broken down to the gumline and i was told it had to be pulled. I was charged for a "surgical extraction" and bone graft. I get home and the sutures are all falling out. I take a deeper look and realize he pulled a perfectly good tooth and left the broken one in my mouth! I called and spoke with him. He said he did that to line me up for dentures....what??? He knew what he did. I would appreciate some ethics here and an HONEST response to what he did. Friendliness doesn't tell the whole story about someone. I wish i would have sued but now its too late.

I recently had severe tooth ache went to Dr Jong's office as first time. The office staff were very great and had me see the doctor quickly who took his time, knowledge and and experience to explain everything. I had no problem when he took out my tooth though I was very nervous. His assistant was great in keeping me calm. I highly recommend. Thank you doctor and all your wonderful staff.

Dr Jong is one of the rare oral surgeons who is super knowledgable about the restorative aspect of dentistry. This makes him a great surgeon.

What a wonderful staff, and the DrJong actually greeted me when I walked up to the front desk Dr Jong is very knowledgeable and friendly,explained everything to me and didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was keeping him from his other patients. All the staff put my mind at ease, which wasn’t easy!!!!

Omg every one in the office is amazing I am the worst when it come to my teeth worked on I had 2 wisdom teeth out and one extra And of course I had a panic attack nothing new to me , I can't thank all the girls enough for helping me they even held my hand LOL that's what a grown baby I am I recommend Dr Jung and his office to everyone They are the best Debra 5 stars

I went today to have an infected tooth removed. Dr Jong has a very caring staff. They were all great. He put me at ease and the staff even asked for my favorite singer and played that during the surgery. Everything went well with no pain. The office is super clean and modern. The bill was less than I expected. I highly recommend! They took good care of me. Thank you so much.

What an a maxing doctor. His staff is out of this world. Thank you to everyone in the office. Extremely friendly and caring. Had to have a wisdom tooth removed. Excellent care from all. Sedated me so I didn't feel a thing. If you need a referral to an oral surgeon this is where you need to go. Thank you all.
