List of Hajera Sultana's Reviews
She was very rude! She talked down on my obgyn doctor that I adore, i told her I stopped smoking since I found out I’ve been pregnant and she tried to tell me I had a addiction problem when I don’t! And on top of that she was getting into me and my boyfriends private info to much and my boyfriend wasn’t even at the doctor appointment with me. She kept asking questions that over stepped her boundaries. She said “aren’t you too young to be pregnant” I am 21 and so is my boyfriend I can do what I please. I was close to getting up and walking out the room while she was talking that’s how rude she was! She was just a bad doctor overall and was judging me the whole time. I called my insurance and switched doctors the same day After I had a appointment with her. Don’t recommend going to her or you will leave upset.
Recently switched doctors to this one. I was hoping my breast ultrasounds would continue promptly here as I'm supposed to have a check up every 6 months. They made no effort in retrieving my records and I feel the lump in my breast getting bigger. I called them multiple times about my breast imaging records and they keep saying that they havent received anything. I called my previous doctor and they gave me their revised fax number and still apparently, nothing received. They supposedly contacted the imaging center I was getting checked at and still haven't recieved any records. It has been completely frustrating with this doctor and her staff. I know IEHP is not the best insurance but I feel a possible cancer case should be taken more seriously. They do not provide good patient care. Look elsewhere.
Very unprofessional the doctor & the staff. They are not updated. It was a terrible visit at this office with my son. I’ll not recommend this doctor for anyone.
Since COVID, Dr. Sultana only does telemed appointments. The staff was slow on taking my vitals when I arrived at the office. They only did my vitals in person then called me from their front office which was behind a glass wall to ask me for my medical history. This part wasn't the most annoying part of the doctor's appointment. Then after the intake for new patients, the front desk person showed me on my phone how to log on to their website for the telemed meeting that I would have to leave the office to take the video call in my car to complete the appointment. My car was a poor choice since you need wifi to connect to their server and I wasn't able to connect easily to speak to the doctor. The doctor had to call me to speak to me on the phone then I had to call a different number to complete the appointment through a video call since she had to virtually see me for her records. This was the strangest medical visit I had ever had. I hope the office can change a few things before they lose more business. I already changed my primary doctor to another office. I most likely won't go back.
Called in to schedule appt for my mom since she is a returning patient. I tell the girl my parents got a new insurance so they will be returning. She says they can't take them anymore due to patient and dr. Relationship. Somehow, my parents don't return the phone calls or come in for follow-ups ( which is a lie since they have underlying conditions). I'm the one who takes my mom for her appts since she doesn't speak English nor does she drive. These people call from private numbers and NEVER leave voice mail. I work and so does my dad and we don't pick up random numbers. Dont understand why these people don't ever calll from the office phone. Honestly, if you want a staff and dr that legit care about you, go elsewhere. These people don't give a damn. They turn patients away just because you aren't able to answer their calls at work? Awful.
Worst staff and dr ever. Stay away if you can. Call from private numbers and never leave voicemails. When you call back they get upset that no one answers. Don't understand why they don't use the office phone to call like normal dr offices do. Even my pharmacy staff avoids this dr office like a plague. Super rude. Need to work on customer service skills. Especially the dr.
HORRRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM HERE PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSE WHERE. My experience here was horrible from the beginning at the first phone call! The front desk girl gives false information and dr gets mad at the patients for it ! Everyone is rude in here and the lady that took my vitals didn't even know how to do it. I had to show her how and I'm not even a nurse or an assistant. Just please don't go through what I went through and go else where.
Dr. Sultana is great! I never had a problem with her. She always seems to care about me and my health. She's answered all of my questions and she is the only doctor I've ever had that calls me to remind me that it's time for my check ups. Yes I have had issues with the receptionist in the past. However I am not going to allow that to get to me. She is also the only doctor that actually takes her time with you.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. But, I have to give one to leave this review: This office is very rude and callous toward their patients. They started me on blood pressure medicine. Then, after 30 days, the doctor would not refill the prescriptions until I got certain tests done - which is dangerous. If you start blood pressure medicine, it's dangerous to just stop. I kept reminding the assistant of this, but she kept repeating that they would not refill my prescription until they got the labs back (which would take 4 to 5 BUSINESS days). This translates to, possibly, over a week. They told me if I wanted more medicine, I would have to go to urgent care to ask for it. The girls in the office and the doctor all have very bad attitudes. Even the people at CVS pharmacy said it was ridiculous. DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!
Horrible office staff! I had a scheduled appointment 2 weeks in advance for 3 new patients and they cancelled us the day before because they didnt know how to verify Insurance and wanted me to do it. It's not the patients responsibility to do the job of the office staff. I would not recommend any new patients to this office due to the staff. Their lack of knowledge and customer service is highly disappointing

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
