List of Hajera Sultana's Reviews
Called in to schedule appt for my mom since she is a returning patient. I tell the girl my parents got a new insurance so they will be returning. She says they can't take them anymore due to patient and dr. Relationship. Somehow, my parents don't return the phone calls or come in for follow-ups ( which is a lie since they have underlying conditions). I'm the one who takes my mom for her appts since she doesn't speak English nor does she drive. These people call from private numbers and NEVER leave voice mail. I work and so does my dad and we don't pick up random numbers. Dont understand why these people don't ever calll from the office phone. Honestly, if you want a staff and dr that legit care about you, go elsewhere. These people don't give a damn. They turn patients away just because you aren't able to answer their calls at work? Awful.
Worst staff and dr ever. Stay away if you can. Call from private numbers and never leave voicemails. When you call back they get upset that no one answers. Don't understand why they don't use the office phone to call like normal dr offices do. Even my pharmacy staff avoids this dr office like a plague. Super rude. Need to work on customer service skills. Especially the dr.
HORRRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM HERE PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSE WHERE. My experience here was horrible from the beginning at the first phone call! The front desk girl gives false information and dr gets mad at the patients for it ! Everyone is rude in here and the lady that took my vitals didn't even know how to do it. I had to show her how and I'm not even a nurse or an assistant. Just please don't go through what I went through and go else where.
Dr. Sultana is great I never had a problem with her. She always seems to care about me and my health. Shes answered all of my questions and she is the only doctor Ive ever had that calls me to remind me that its time for my check ups. Yes I have had issues with the receptionist in the past. However I am not going to allow that to get to me. She is also the only doctor that actually takes her time with you.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. But I have to give one to leave this review This office is very rude and callous toward their patients. They started me on blood pressure medicine. Then after 30 days the doctor would not refill the prescriptions until I got certain tests done which is dangerous. If you start blood pressure medicine its dangerous to just stop. I kept reminding the assistant of this but she kept repeating that they would not refill my prescription until they got the labs back which would take 4 to 5 BUSINESS days. This translates to possibly over a week. They told me if I wanted more medicine I would have to go to urgent care to ask for it. The girls in the office and the doctor all have very bad attitudes. Even the people at CVS pharmacy said it was ridiculous. DONT GO TO THIS DOCTOR
I would leave Zero stars if I could! This was a very bad experience for me. Worst doctor (and office staff) I've ever had in my life. She has no compassion. She put me on blood pressure meds, which I took faithfully every day for 30 days. In the meantime, I needed to do a Labcorp test. You can only drop off Labcorp specimens between 8 am and 4pm. I work and wasn't able to get a day to do that (including weekends). When I finally did that, I also reached the last of my medicine. I let her office know so that they could refill it. They told me they wouldn't renew it until they got the labs back from Labcorp (4 to 5 business day = over a week later = 7+ days without my meds). When I reminded them how dangerous this is (it's dangerous to stop taking blood pressure meds once you start), the doctor told the assistant to tell me that I should have gotten the test done earlier and they can't/won't do anything to help me. So, they left me without my meds. I had to go to urgent care the next day. They couldn't care less. Do NOT go to this doctor.
Horrible office staff I had a scheduled appointment 2 weeks in advance for 3 new patients and they cancelled us the day before because they didnt know how to verify Insurance and wanted me to do it. Its not the patients responsibility to do the job of the office staff. I would not recommend any new patients to this office due to the staff. Their lack of knowledge and customer service is highly disappointing
She is very nice n cpable.
She is really nice and answered all my questions.
If I could give a zero I would The 1st time I went to Dr. Sultana she seemed concerned and was very nice Today I go01282018 Dr. Sultana was very ugly with her attitude rolling her eyes and giving dirty looks I just wanted some answers to my health concerns and at one point she put her hands on her head and replied to me Maybe you should get a new Dr. My mother I were in shock of this Dr.s attitude she is a professional and should act like it. I left feeling worse than when I came in. Also her as a Dr. knowing I have high blood pressurethis is new to me allowed me to leave office and without prescribing me any medication. I called office and let them know I will not be returning at all. But I must say Amanda the receptionist is a sweetheart....

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
