Dr. Shah was sweet to my daughter but that's the only nice thing I have to say about her. She does not listen, talks over you, is condescending and gives terrible advice that contradicts everything you have told her. After following her recommendations my daughter declined significantly and Dr. Shah couldn't care less. It seemed clear to me she was in the specialty field for the money and did not care at all about quality of life. After seeing her twice I refused to go back.

Dr. Shah does not listen to her patients. She asked questions but never allowed me to complete a sentence. When I finally asked her to let me finish a sentence she became sarcastic in her facial expressions and then stared at me when I stopped talking, then said "are you finished?" I can't stand doctors who don't listen and think they are the master of the universe. The good marks in the ranking are only because she is with Kaiser and has no control over appointment scheduling and wait time.
