Helena Mba's Online Review Report Card

I've got to give doctor helena one star for the simple face I can't rate her at no stars.Doctor helena was my girlfriends firs ob and when it came to her first prenatal appointment it was rushed due to the fact that helena wanted to close early. My girlfriend was told multiple time let's hurry up and get this over with each time she was seen, we had a miscarriage under her supervision and was told Just pray to god, long story short we miscarried in January of 2021. My girlfriend was seen again this July and doctor helena once again rushed her visit and told my girlfriend she couldn't see the baby so my girlfriend asked her to look just a little more and she said ok and then found a baby after doing a Transvaginal. The next day my girlfriend woke up with sharp pains in her stomach and vagina area and was bleeding heavily so we went to the hospital where they told her that they found "Twins" and that they both seemed healthy. We followed up with helena and this time I was able to go in with my girlfriend I was told to wait outside the office where 3 other men were sitting on the floor so I helped myself to a seat, I was called to the back 30 minutes after arriving to then sit in a room with my girlfriend. Dr. Helena came in not once did she sanitize her hands or use gloves She grabbed a napkin and put it under my girlfriend's hands and started rubbing Jelly on her so she could start the ultrasound after she did that she spent no longer than 3 minutes searching for a baby she found one baby and stopped looked AT ALL she refused to search any more and told us " to her knowledge there is still only one baby and if there was another baby it might have been absorbed" she She's been rushed out of the room into another room in the Middle of us talking and put another woman in the same room we were in before even sanitizing.After that she sat us in a room for about 40 minutes and I had to leave the room and tell them we have things to do and we can't sit in there all day they then told us oh we've already mad your appointment and handed us a paper pretty much forgot about us in the room the stashed us in, Dr. Helena referred us to a specialist for twins she called a guru who's reviews were worse than hers reviews like if you want to see your babies live and your life not to be ruined don't go to him and things like I miscarried at 35 weeks with this doctor.Long story short don't go to this OB/GYN her equipment is just as bad as her work ethic.

Hola no recomiendo ala doctora mi experiencia fue desagradable como muchos sabemos la espera en un consultorio tarda más que lo que te ve el doctor pero aun así uno tiene que ir a consulta , no acostumbro hacer esto pero me indigna que gente sea así cuando fue a verme la doctora me dijo lo que tenia y me dijo tienes preguntas ? Claro le dije mis preocupaciones esperando una explicación detallada y solo lo que salió de su boca fue ACASO ME PARESCO A DIOS ,ACASO SOY DIOS PARA SABER !! No sabia que decir estaba preocupada por mi salud pero al parecer ala doctora le da igual parecía que tenía prisa por salir de ay las señoras que están enfrente tienen una actitud desagradable te contestan de mal humor trate de volver hacer otra cita después y no me la quisieron hacer que me esperara asta el mes que biene pueden creerlo tenemos que tratar alos demás como nos gustaría ser tratados todos los seres humanos somos importantes … mejor busquen otro doctor no pierdan el tiempo con esa clase de doctores antiprofecionales ..

Waited 6 months for an appointment. No, they don't keep a list to call people when they have a cancellation. They said they she is behind because of Covid. Um, what? Is this gynecologist taking shifts in the Covid ward? Are people having babies at some new high rate due to Covid? Today they called me to reschedule, a month out. How do I keep up my side of my medical care if I can't see a doctor. I can't do a home Pap smear. I will get a new referral away from this doctor today. If you have any choice, don't schedule here.

I am currently pregnant and she is the best OBGYN! The nurses and herself make you feel at home. I have no complaints whatsoever about this place. It’s super clean & im always excited to go for my appointments.

Best Doctor in town! And I live in San Bernardino. She is worth the wait so if you don't have patience find another doctor. And if you're not kind to her office staff find another doctor best staff in town as well.

This is one of the most beautiful doctors,She cares so much about her patients,I understand that sometimes they are behind schedule but things happened ,that is life! Doesn’t make her a bad doctor.

Let me start off with saying Rosa, the referral coordinator, is so great! Along with Dr.Mba, she'll hear you out and gives you her most honest advice for your care. I chose her as my PCP because I've always felt more comfortable having a female provider and she didn't fail to give me the care I needed. Not to mention she's a OB/GYN so you'll be able to get your women testing done in office during a routine exam. The wait in the lobby is reasonable I'd say for being extensive about your medical history and to ensure they have your proper information. I don't really have issues with getting a hold of someone when I call and always have an answer for the questions I ask, if they don't, then they get back to me with reasonable time. Definitely planning on keeping her as my PCP as long as I can.

I have to give 5 stars because this doctor is the best doctor I have ever met, she is caring and truly shows that to her patients. You know a doctor is amazing when they genuinely want to know how you are doing. I've had many doctors and have come to find that Dr. MBA sees her patients as real people. Many other doctors have treated me and family members in the past like a number and Dr. MBA is NOT one of those cold doctors. I appreciate the fact that she listens and has delivered two of my seven beautiful children. She is a true gem.

I love her she truly has a heart for her what she does.

Best doctor ever I will wait as long as I have to to see her.
