Best Doctor in town! And I live in San Bernardino. She is worth the wait so if you don't have patience find another doctor. And if you're not kind to her office staff find another doctor best staff in town as well.

This is one of the most beautiful doctors,She cares so much about her patients,I understand that sometimes they are behind schedule but things happened ,that is life! Doesn’t make her a bad doctor.

I love her she truly has a heart for her what she does.

Let me start off with saying Rosa, the referral coordinator, is so great! Along with Dr.Mba, shell hear you out and gives you her most honest advice for your care. I chose her as my PCP because Ive always felt more comfortable having a female provider and she didnt fail to give me the care I needed. Not to mention shes a OB/GYN so youll be able to get your women testing done in office during a routine exam. The wait in the lobby is reasonable Id say for being extensive about your medical history and to ensure they have your proper information. I dont really have issues with getting a hold of someone when I call and always have an answer for the questions I ask, if they dont, then they get back to me with reasonable time. Definitely planning on keeping her as my PCP as long as I can.

I have to give 5 stars because this doctor is the best doctor I have ever met, she is caring and truly shows that to her patients. You know a doctor is amazing when they genuinely want to know how you are doing. I've had many doctors and have come to find that Dr. MBA sees her patients as real people. Many other doctors have treated me and family members in the past like a number and Dr. MBA is NOT one of those cold doctors. I appreciate the fact that she listens and has delivered two of my seven beautiful children. She is a true gem.

Bittersweet appointment with her. I waited for over an hr first if all then she came in making assumptions about me cause i just wanted to see if she could sign a note for court and she had this attitude right when she came in like she knew me. I understand that my condition is not her expertise but she didnt have to have that attitude that she knew me. Another thing in that I noticed was that she didnt want to write a note because she didnt know me as a patient but she was willing to consider blood pressure meds cause I had high blood pressure and I normally dont. Im a nurse and with everything work has been more stressful which I told her. I felt that she judged me right away like they always do yet you consider meds for a completely new patient you know nothing about. She was okay. She did refer me to the right specialist and checked me out but overall shes not the right primary for me. If she had just said okay whats going on and and let me talk instead of walking in saying why dont you wanna go to court and Im not writing it cause thats not a medical reason then I would have had a better experience. I paid money out of pocket for that visit and it was a waste to me. If you are young and need her to sign anything dont bother going and asking cause she is judgemental. This was my personal experience with her. Good luck

First time patient as a referral from primary for more evaluation. Due to COVID 19 and health protocol and first time, there was the necessary paperwork. Dr.Mba s front and back office staff were competent, courteous, and professional. Dr. Mba and the staff explained the procedure before as well as during. Dr. Mbas demeanor is one of joy, positive,having the professional skill, the necessary ability for her profession.

Dr. Helena was very informative and listened to my concerns. She had a very warm and friendly demeanor. Services were prompt. The girls up front were kind and helpful.

Dr. Mba is very kind, but the staff at this clinic is not. The first and last visit I had they were rude. I tried to give the office the benefit of the doubt, because I really liked Dr. Mba. However, I never received follow up results from my first appointment. Also, when the time came that I desperately needed to be seen by a doctor, I could NOT get ahold of the office. I called 2-3 times a day, 2-3 times a week. Each time I was sent to the voicemail. I left one message, hoping to get a call back, and never did. I understand it gets busy, but at this point I've decided to switch doctors.
