I was so mad the 1st nurse was rude I was scheduled at 845 am and called and no answer I also knocked on the door and the nurse came out and yelled she was busy doing insurances and that I have to go back! I drove an hr to get there! I told her not to yell and be rude. The doctor was a nightmare he kept implying that my daughter was copying someone at home and making up she had chest pains multiple times. The 1st nurse told my daughter to take off her shirt while the door was open I said no due patient privacy. I closed the door.After the ekg he said here's the paper! I didn't know what I was looking for he didn't explain as I asked he acted like I was dumb. He than told my daughter to take her own stickies off her and walked out. I than helped my daughter as she was getting dressed I was helping her as the he was talking and he tilted his head at me and was like hello as if I wasn't listening to him I told him to not treat or talk to me as if I was a child infront of my child.

Horrible office!!!!! To start with their address on google is wrong. If they are NOT going to update the address maybe just inform the pt before driving 2 hrs. That would be nice especially since they know this. Second, after driving 2 hrs to wrong address I was informed when I got to the office they only take cash for co-payment. So had to leave the office again and take another 20 minutes looking for ATM. The funny thing is this all could of been avoided when I made the appointment!!! Why couldn't they tell me that the address on the internet is wrong and also make sure to bring cash. This is just so confusing to me....I will be definitely be making some simple recommendations to the office manger...

I do not recommend taking your child here. He was very unfriendly and made judgemental comments. Did not know at all how to interact with kids and rolled his eyes when my daughter started crying, and made comments of her being too spoiled. Do your research and do your kid a favor and take them to a different pediatric cardiologist.

How dare you tell me to look the diagnosis of my child up on the internet because you don't feel that you need to take the time to explain what the problem is in detail to me!!!! Do your JOB!!! You shouldn't be a doctor if you can't treat everyone the same and look past the color of someones skin. And that woman at the front desk is rude also, you all walk around like you are sucking on lemons, does it make you that angry to treat someone of color? When you called the next patient in you were all smiles, but looked at me like I stank when you called my child into the exam room. You requested to see her in a year, well it won't happen, which I'm sure you could care less. Anyone of color that is referred to this person, and I say person because you don't deserve the respect of being addressed as a doctor from me, seek another referral, dont waste your time or money!

PCP requested an EKG for sports clearance. It came back normal and he would not sign off on the forms because he said she has to have an Echocardiogram done first. When questioned why she needed that he said the PCP ordered it. (They did not order it!) He lied to my face and is trying to con people into getting unnecessary procedures done! Make sure you know what he’s doing and why he’s doing it before you let your child have something done. Also he is the least friendliness doctor I have ever met. Just because he is a “doctor” doesn’t mean you should trust what he says..do your research!

Staff was friendly and walked us through the paperwork for a new patent. Whick took less than 10 min. Dr. Marilao was professional and thorough. Not overly friendly nor rude either, just down to business and showed a real concern for our grandson and his heart health as well as his overall health. We feel very comfortable with this doctor and his staff.

Staff is horrible! Specifically ERICKA. No sense of customer service, common decency, niceness, nothing! Doctor if very serious, doesn't really reciprocate communication. Only cardio we could see. Not going back and don't recommend.

This is for the office address of 3838 Sherman drive Riverside. Upon arrival the older woman working the desk didn't greet at all and stared at my every move of signing in without a word. Our appointment was at nine and we are waiting a long time to be called back. Dr is rude, abrupt and doesn't go into detail as to what is going on. You must probe and ask questions because he will explain to you as if he is reading out of a medical textbook. Steer clear!

Staff is so rude and will speak to you in a condescending manner. Make sure you know what they are charging you for procedures. They are crooks.
