Unfortunately I will have to find another PCP this place has been going downhill for a few years but COVID sent these people over the edge. Nearly impossible to get an in person visit I had to send photos of my sons issue and only half of which got addressed and we were then prescribed something…. Without him ever looking at my kid. You call no one answers when they finally do they say “well next time email me I get to those faster” I email and mention I’m in a good amount of pain and need to figure out what’s happening and you get no reply. Over it Now I’m Looking for a doc who will see me in person answer their phone and have a polite staff. Good luck doc

I use to be proud of having this doctor especially because he promotes plant based but lately I’ve been calling to get referred to a specialist and it has been taking forever. During business hours they hardly ever answer. Briana always gives me short answers and seems annoyed to the fact that I call constantly since I’m concerned about my health. Amber on the other hand is sweet and communicates very well answers any questions I have. As of now still waiting for a call back and nothing yet. Wouldn’t recommend this doctor anymore. I would recommend finding a doctor who sincerely cares for his patients.

Cant get late appointments due to doctor leaving by 215. His knowledge base is limited youre better off googling something yourself or going to an urgent care for better care. No real personalization. Consistently talks about health foods when unrelated to why you are there. Do not recommend.

The staff is always so friendly. And DR takes his time with me. Every time I need a request they are always on it. Ive been with them for a couple years already and theyre always on top of everything. Over the phone theyre even nice as well so thats what I love the most especially during this difficult time dealing with covid.

This Doctor refused to see me again because I had seen a different provider when I was sick Ive never met a doctor that refuses to see a patient for seeking help when he had no openings

Horrible doctor. Avoid him All he is good for is prescribing a plant based diet and sending you for routine tests which he provides no results for. Very judgmental of people

Looking to change my PCP. This office is getting worse every time I visit. Asked for 5 refills of different meds and got 1. They sent me to get blood work done and didnt even bother to tell me they canceled the labs. Calling my carrier now.
