Very unhappy with this place , over 1 hr wait time WITH appointment . very unprofessional to book a certain time and still have to wait a hour + , they need to consider patients time more .

Received Lasik from Dr.Cheng 3/2021 and I’m truly amazed by the service I have received. Dr.Cheng goes over and beyond for her Patients. My vision is better than it’s been in years and improving daily. I’m so happy I found Best Lasik and can’t wait to send all my friends and family.

Worst doctor ever. Did surgery and did it all wrong. I am getting more pain than before. Charged a lot of fee and gave wrong billing codes to insurance company. I am now suffering more than before. I am frustrated now with so much pain and no help from there office. Avoid her at all price

I found Dr. Cheng on Yelp and we ultimately decided to let her complete my husband's PRK surgery. The atmosphere is not comfortable at all but since she had some raving customers, we overlooked everything else. The doctor was great at keeping touch during and after the surgery. It wasn't until "clouds" began to appear in both his eyes about six months after the surgery, that she completely ghosted us. She no longer returned calls, texts or our calls to the office. Fortunately for my husband, we were able to find another doctor and all he needed was a prescription to fix what was happening. He would have eventually lost his eyesight without that medication. Shame on this doctor for not having more care for her patients.

Dr. Cheng is very professional. She loves her patients and spend a lot of time explaining my eye problem. She did LASIK surgery for me with great results. Staff are very friendly. I am very happy and will recommend Dr. Cheng to anyone who needs a good eye doctor.

We were sent there from the ER across town. My husband woke up with blurry vision and in a matter of 90 minutes had lost his vision. As soon as we walked in she questioned us because she had just gotten the call 15 min ago. Ummmm, yes a 15 min drive is how we are standing in front of you. What’s the problem? She then refused to even check to acknowledge our insurance until her receptionist came back from her lunch break in another 30 min. I showed her our insurance information on the app and she still refused, eventually walking away and down the hallway, so we left! Can’t believe her unwillingness to even begin to help.

I just had laser eye surgery. My vision is excellent now. I’ve never been able to see this well in my life didn’t even with glasses and contacts. I am so happy and grateful for Dr. Cheng.

My experience at Dr. Cheng's office was very nice. Was a little scared at first but Dr. Cheng is a remarkable Dr. Her staff was very friendly. Receptionist was very friendly made me feel as if she knew me forever. Overall I would recommend her for all aspects of eye surgery.

Dr CHENG was a healer for me. Haven't driven in a year, now I'm behind the wheel. I didn't think it was possible to correct my vision but she did it. Thank you Dr. And friendly helpful staff. I have recommended to my friends.
