The Victorville Hospital office is Worst experience I have had in 10 years. Multiple reschedule with open wound month after month, address my concern and then told 2 weeks is the first open appointment. Unacceptable. He makes a appointment for a month and the office cancels day of reschedule for another month ,I say I still open wound -2 week asap for his full schedule. Done with this guy and his office that schedule a test that has already been done, told it was a different one . Imaging turned me away said it was done a month ago, open my wound and gave me more damage doing all the extra walking. Only positive thing going here was the paperwork for diabetic shoes ,Thanks.

I received a referral for this podiatrist. He was rude, disrespectful, and didn't even touch my foot once during the exam! He laughed repeatedly about my choice of sport activity. He told me, without any sound evidence, that I needed to wear a CAM boot for another 8 weeks to heal a stress fracture. I've asked for a referral to go somewhere else for a second opinion and would never go back to him.

Dr. Busch Treated me for severe ingrown toenails,nail fungus and plantar fasciitis. He was professional, caring and made sure I had follow up and made sure I received my meds. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Busch cured a wound I have had for over 2 years. I've been to other wound care doctors but still had a wound that would not go away. Very thankful to him and his staff! He could work on the waiting time thing but definitely worth the wait!

Worst experience ever! Bunion and hammer toe surgery. My foot looks the same as before surgery only now has a scar from my toe to my ankle! Hammer toe infected from surgery. Did no correction to big toe so pressure still on adjusted hammertoe causing it to rise above all my other toes! I now walk with a limp and the surgery was 4 months ago! No crutches or walker ordered for mobility, no physical ...

I stop using him months ago over a over charge of 150 dollars. He said my insurance wouldn't pay anything for a ingrown toe nail extraction. Found out later that my insurance would have covered 150 dollars of that extraction, found with them for months over it and they will stone wall you and lie to you.

Incompetent staff. Wrote wrong foot on surgery order on all paperwork! Left surgery not able to put foot on the ground for 6 weeks and never got crutches, walker, anything! Over an hour past app time every time before seen! Bunion surgery and my bunion is still there . Never adjusted big toe to be straight. Fixed hammer toe but was infected from the surgical pin.

Office personnel is awesome. Very helpful with any questions. Love talking to them. Dr. Busch is very good & has good bedside manner. Takes his time even tho the front office is full. Very personable.

Amazining doctor with an amazing staff! He is thorough and takes his time explaining things. Great bedside manner. Front office is very kind and patient as well. I would absolutely recommend this doctor. Getting a first appointment can take some time and the wait time is a little long, but completely worth it!

I had an appointment which took over a month to get in to. When Dr. Busch came in I told him that I had been suffering with severe foot pain for over a year and that I had developed a hard ball in the center of one of my arches. He proceeded to tell me that I was suffering from Plantar Fasciitis without ANY PHYSICAL EXAMINATION OF MY FEET. My husband was accidentally scheduled with him, and he did the exact same thing. No physical examination of his feet, and did nothing at all. DONT GO TO HIM!!
