Worst service ever!!!  Waited an whole hour with an appointment, and it wasn't even crowded. Unacceptable!!!

I been going to this office the past two years. I haven’t had any problems.

I called so many many times to set an appointment and nobody ever answers. I left so many voicemails and nobody called me back. So again I called on August 25, 2020 to set an appointment, and she told me there won't be another appointment until September 21st. I told her that it was a high very extreme emergency that I see the doctor that's on my medical card. She wouldn't listen or squeeze me in for a sooner appointment. I talked to her respectfully but she had a very nasty attitude. It's an emergency that I see the dr on my card. But I'm calling IEHP to definitely change me doctors. I wouldn't recommend this place if you had an urgent emergency to see a doctor.

I have been using this doctor for about 14years. Enough they have established a pattern that I will attempt to come over in if I am sick. Last year went I for a physical and thinking I had high blood pressure. High blood pressure was confirmed. Then went for a mammogram. Leave from visiting the lab website I had an abnormality and need to took come back in. The next appointment was two and half months away so I booked it. Two months later the dr Reyes office finally called to give me results of my first test. I told them I had already made an appointment for the next screening. That appointment comes and goes. I get the good news  all clear. A month goes by and I finally get a call from Reyes office telling my results. Call for a renewal on a prescription for Blood pressure meds, and I most have be an interruption to their day. I call back a week later and ask again for a refill on the prescription and told them I had one more day before I was out. For the first time ever I have had is being diagnosed as a migraine. Pain like I have never felt went to ER and I was given a shot toradal and Benadryl. After about 30 minutes they came back to me asking if I felt any improvement. The answer was no. Then I was given Norco and sent on my way. I was told if it continues to contact my doctor. Zero improvement the next day when I contacted the doctor was told they can see me in about in two weeks. My frustration with doctors in general is no one takes the time to listen to you or follow up in a timely manner. The bulk of the staff that works in Dr Reyes office is seems to be inconvenienced by a simple phone call. The ER doctor didn't listen at all- I never mentioned light sensitivity, or nausea. Just a sever headache. So over this doctors office and the medical industry in general.

Giving him and his office 1 star as I was seen for the first time over a week ago and although I had a very severe infection . He or his staff lack a seNse of urgency . My infection got worse and I haven't been to work for over 2 days because he wouldn't return my call to get my prescription refilled . I would never recommend him  to anyone .

Genuinely cares about his patients. Great doctor and great staff.

First of all waited over an hour past our appointment time. Once we got into the office he spent a total if 3 minutes with my daughter who was trying to get help for depressionanxiety. He said it was normal and when I pressed him he threw a therapist name and number at us. Will NEVER go back and would NEVER give a referral to him

Such an amazing Doctor and very personal when it comes to the care of my son. Hes fair and honest and i know that anytime my son needs to be seen i just call them and depending on the severity hes seen right away. Thank you

Super slow waited over an hour past appt time to be seen. Front office never does what they say theyre going to i.e. return calls send paperwork have dr return your call to give you results.
