On 3/3/1990 I had gotten ran over by a 10 ton vehicle. It crushed my right lower extremities. Dr Gonzalez was a cool dude back then. He ended up doing micro-reconstruct my foot and ankle. He ended up holding my foot together with 8 connecting pins with 2 screws on either side of my ankle. also another pin through my heel. After a year dr Gonzalez removed the hardware from foot and ankle. during the 3 yrs of rehab and being told I will walk with a limp the rest of my life. Also being told when I'm around 32 or 33 I will need replacement of bones and arthritis will kick in really bad. Erased that!!! A year after Dr Gonzalez released me I had joined the US ARMY with no problem. I just became a retired US Army veteran with 4 tours in Iraq and 2 tours in Afghanistan. Thanks Dr Gonzalez for repairing my right leg and made it possible for me to run 100's of miles.
