Dr. branch is by far the best doctor in riverside county. His office PA and other staff is great as well. However; the lady at the front desk Apolonia or how ever you spell it is extremely rude and unprofessional. I recommend if you come to this doctor office to please avoid dealing with her. She doesn’t know how to properly speak to people and she has this attitude thats uncalled for. Dr. branch needs to replace her ASAP! 2 stars only because Dr. Branch is an awesome person but his front desk assistants attitude overrides all that.

Great staff, very friendly. And Dr Branch is the only doctor I'll ever go to from here on out. He's easy to talk to about any problem you're concerned with, and a great listener. Thanks for caring Dr Branch. Really enjoyed my visit here.

THE FIVE STAR RATING IS FOR DR. BRANCH Dr. John Branch, DO has been my physician for approximately 25 years. He is such a devoted Christian and doctor. He will call and discuss important issues that need attention. He gives so much of his time to others, is very attentive to assessments, is overall a caring person/doctor, and will take time to pray with you.
