My humble opinion and experience of the examination done by Dr. Ku, was surprisingly very positive. He is one, out of a few doctors that except IEHP insurance. I found Dr. Ku to be professional, honest. understanding of my concerns. Dr. Ku, attentively, listened, provided realistic in formation, and possible results. I’m very thankful!

[Consultation] During my consultation, Dr. Ku met with me promptly. During our conversation, I could tell he had my best interests in mind. Compared to other locations near me, his price was fair (and lower). He showed me pictures of himself undergoing his own hair transplant procedure, which raised my confidence in his clinic considerably. EDIT: 2-Mar-2023 [Procedure] Dr. Ku and team made every effort to ensure I was comfortable during the procedure. The harvesting began with plenty of anesthesia; Dr. Ku did plenty of tests to confirm I felt no pain anywhere in the harvesting site before they began. During the implanting, they had a TV mounted on the wall, but I couldn't see it due to the angle of the operating chair. I was content with just my phone, but Dr. Ku whipped up a nifty contraption with his own iPad so that I could watch movies during the entire procedure (I watched the original Top Gun). We had a lunch break where they bought me a yummy roast beef sandwich. Afterwards, they gave me a little surgeon hair net to protect my grafts and sent me home with detailed care instructions. [Post-Op] Quick and easy. Dr. Ku helped me apply some anti-biotic ointment, answered a bunch of my questions, and told me to not hesitate to contact his office should I have any need to. 10/10

UPDATE: I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Ku on Monday, 2/27/23 and I couldn’t be happier! Dr. Ku definitely delivered on the look I was going for. I am in love with my new breasts and I know I’ll be even more in love once they settle. So thank you to everyone at Precision Plastic Surgery! I am forever grateful for everything. I have not had my surgery yet, but would like to note a few things. Dr. Ku and his staff are very welcoming, friendly, and informative. I felt so comfortable during my consultation and all questions were answered. Dr. Ku was not pushy at all, he recommended size and type but ultimately left it up to me. Prior to my consultation I spoke to Melissa over the phone and she was a big help. I went into my consultation with information given to me from Melissa, but left my consultation feeling empowered and excited. I look forward to my surgery and am confident that I am in the best of hands.

They actually care about the patient... Joseph Ku does amazing work and makes sure your happy with your results. He puts you 1st and makes you feel like your in the right place and you really are with this place... Very happy with our decision in who we chose to do this life changing procedure. Thank you .

Everyone in the front office was very nice. Dr. Ku made me feel very important and explained what he would have to do in my reconstruction. I will definitely have him perform my surgery.

Dr Ku, was very helpful in giving me all my options to help me make my decision on which option will work well for me. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful with all options. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking or needing a good plastic surgery group.
