I wish 0 stars was an option I would rate it as that Dr.Bresena is amazing but her office staff particularly Tiffany the supervising manager is the worst I was discriminated against and was told to leave my newborn baby at home when my children have an appointment in the office. I spoke with Tiffany the supervisor ahead of the visit and she personally scheduled all of my appointments by the way.. this office also manages my newborn care as well. TIFFANY forgot she gave me the approval for this appointment and she personally advised me to schedule my appointments separately due to my older children were new patients and would require longer time ... lord behold when i got there she told me i could not have my newborn there in the office moving forward. I immediately reminded her she scheduled my appointments and approved for my newborn to be there as i have no one to watch her and would prefer to have all visits on the same day she split the visits herself on 2 different days... she immediately tried to retract her statements. Then when i reminded her she helped me with all of my appointments she began to beg me to stay. I was so disgusted with the behavior of the supervisor Tiffany. THE OFFICE STAFF IS Very unattentive not understanding and DO NOT BELIEVE in pediatric care. I immediately requested my insurance information and cancelled all appointments moving forward. I will be getting in touch with insurance the medical board and will speak with Dr. Bresena herself personally about this matter STAY AWAY FROM OFFICE STAFF DISGUSTING AND DISCRIMINATION AT ITS FINEST

Dr. Breseno is good but her front office staff is the worst. Stephanie is too rude for absolutely no reason and without provocation. You cant ask her a simple question without her getting irate and thats no way to speak to people.

Dr. Breseno is a great doctor. She and her staff know my family and you feel like its a personalized appointment. She listens and explains things well and her staff is awesome too.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Breseno and her office staff. I have been taking my little ones there for the last 9 years. Dr Breseno and her staff have always gone the extra mile in every situation. They are absolutely wonderful

Great doctor but my kids always have to wait 23 months to get an appointment. Smh Receptionist can be rude at times when they are busy. On the other hand nurses and staff are very nice.

My brothers and I have been seeing Dr. Breseno for quite a number of years. She is a fantastic pediatrician and the only pediatrician we trusted in the area. Dr. Breseno is very patient individual and will answer any questions you may have thoroughly.

I love taking my 2 small children to see Dr. Breseno. Unfortunately in the last 6 months she has taken on too many clients. I have had to take my children to urgent care 7 times because even when calling when they open the soonest they can set an appointment is 6 weeks out. I hate to tell you this but it is highly unlikely that the child will still have the cold 6 weeks from now. If you can not handle the patients you have do not take on more. It is absolutely ridiculous that they have no same day appointments ever As well if you make the mistake to call and schedule your childs physical you need to be prepared they will not schedule it more that 6 weeks out but then never have appointments within those 6 weeks. Dr. Briseno is great with children but her office staff and scheduling make it not worth going there.

I love my daughters pediatrician Dr. Breseno is always ready to answer any question or concerns I have regarding my daughters health. And you dont have to wait forever to get an appt. amp they also accept same day walk in which I love. The office staff is always nice and friendly. My daughter enjoys all the toys they have in the waiting room and watching the children movies playing. I would definitely recommend choosing Dr. Breseno as your childs pediatrician.
