I had a change in insurance and had to switch pediatrician. I decided to give Dr. MUKERGEE a try due to her many years of experience. I took both my toddler and newborn to this office. The office is very dull and plain to be a peds office. The receptionist no complaint, however she could try to be a little more friendly. My first visit with my son the nurse was VERY dry. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe bad day. Later I went to this office 3 more times with my newborn. Same experience with the nurse. She is not friendly at all and didn't greet me until I first had to say "good morning or good afternoon" then that's when I got a greeting. Nurse needs a lot of customer service skills. No name tags and no names were given to me so I don't have names BUT it was always the same nurse. Doesn't even greet the kids or acknowledge them. It's very sad for a pediatrics office. It seems she doesn't enjoy her job one bit. The back office staff are also kinda dull. I understand we all have masks on but you can feel that the environment is very dull. I wanted to get out fast because it doesn't feel at all welcoming. Dr MUKERGEE herself seems very nice and she acknowledges my presence and also greeted my son and newborn. I can tell she is knowledgeable. However, she didn't really ask me any questions about my baby like eating habits, social, developmental milestones, or if I had any concerns with my baby. ZERO absolutely nothing. I'd think that with a newborn all the way until toddler age things like that are very important to determine if maybe any issues or developmental delays, allergies, etc. Seems like you cannot build or establish a relationship with this office as care for your children. I'd suggest you try another office. I really hope the doctor or manager of this office reads the reviews and makes a positive change and speaks to the staff.

Best doctor ever to my family

My family has been seeing this pediatrician since my brother (26) was 7 years old. LOVE the doctor but the staff is absolutely horrible. No phone etiquette, rude, appear to dispise their job. Referrals are never placed when said they would, follow up calls regarding referrals are never made so you’re sitting there waiting for something that never comes. They don’t read patient files when calling regarding visits and mix up birthdates as well as other information. 85% of the time they never answer the phone and when you leave a message you do not get a call back. I will be looking for a new pediatrician which absolutely breaks my heart but the staff has ruined this place for me.

I don't ever write bad comments even thought it bad service but I'm taking my time to write this. Worst doctor & nurse!!! I have ever experience! Nurse very rude doctor doesn't listen ! If I can give it a zero I would !! My 10 month old son is sick and called the doctor couple days ago she gave me called back she recommended me to give him some medicine but he wasn't getting better called back to let her know he wasn't getting anything better & I told her he was getting a fever as well she Rudely said him I don't want to talk about the fever I want to talk about the diarrheashe recommend some other stuff still wasn't getting better. So finally they gave me an appointment to see him in person told me he had an infection they are giving me antibiotics they sent it to well green near me but the welgreen don't get my insurance so I had to call the doctor so they can send it to rite aid they were not not answering called 6 time they fake a voice mail & answered the phone didn't answer me so I hung up and called again finally answered I asked why they didn't answer they said it was busy but every time I go in it is never busy.  But as a nurse at a doctor office You are supposed to answer the phone and let the Patient know you will be right with them.Never again going back to that doctor office !

Love Dr Mukergee. But most of the staff are just unbearable. Feels like they just dont care. I had loved having my daughter come here so much that we moved 20-30 minutes away and we continued to come here. But now it seems like everytime we come in we’re just a bother to them and anytime we call they NEVER pick up. Apparently it’s because they’re busy but whenever I go in theres at most 1 person waiting.

Can I put no stars? HORRIBLE. Never answer the phone. Especially during this pandemic, the only way to communicate is through the phone, at least you can answer if we can’t go in when we really need them. Can’t stress enough how you should take your children here.

The doctor is great and I love the fact that she really takes her job seriously. My daughter was really sick and she took her time to make sure that she answered all my questions and concerns.
