She recommended and prescribed my first ever birth control pills but now refusing to refill after a year. If I had known she was going to cut it off all of a sudden I wouldnt have started taking them in the first place.

I was assigned this doctor by Tricare since there are no military clinics in the local area. When I tried to schedule an appointment the receptionist instantly seemed like she had a chip on her shoulder. She told me they needed my military ID or my insurance card. I explained to her that I’m not allowed to email a copy of my ID but that I would email her a copy of my insurance card. She called me back after I sent that over and said she needed my military ID and my SSN. When I again told her I couldn’t provide that she went ahead and told me to find a new doctor. Currently I’m in the process of doing that. I’m glad to see how concerned they were with my well being.

I have been going to Dr. Rupp for 5 years now and I wouldnt change her. I like the fact that when I need to see her she is available and I dont need to wait 2 weeks. I also like the fact that she just doesnt say I think it could be this.. or I think it could be that.. she does her work depending on what you go see her for. And Alma is the best she is so understanding and so sweet very respectful.

Awesome been with her 2 years now. Very caring explains everything answer any questions. Alma front desk awesome very helpful with me as far making appointment because I’m handicapped and cannot call due to no voice. Love this place very short wait time.

Went to see Dr lieu in aug for a veteran exam for disability for my dad. I am a Physician Assistant by trade. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She knows her stuff. At times my dad had no clue what she was asking and I had to translate medically why she was asking this.  In medicine we have a short period of time and only ask what we are looking for. So I can understand why she had a bad review from a previous veteran. But that is how we are trained. Sometimes in medicine we forget how to relate to patients at their level. This doctor is very smart and has a good heart. She truly cares for her patients.

I saw Dr. Lieu Rupp in June of this year I found her to be very caring informative and very willing to spend the necessary time to answer all questions. I highly recommend her to anyone she also has a very friendly office staff.

I read the reviews and went in thinking it would be a nice comfortable experiance...not exactly. My problem was my arm and the dr immediately looked at me and blamed my weight. She didnt even do much of an exam . she called for blood work to check my thyroid. I couldnt fully open my hand...idk what that has to do with my thyroid..

Doctor Rupp has a small practice. Because of this she is the only doctor you will see - no bureaucracy, no long wait times, no passing the buck. She and Alma run the office with kindness and efficiency. Doctor Rupp gives you the personal care that only a sole practitioner can give. I heartily recommend her to anyone looking for a great GP. Alma makes medical billing a breeze for all the patients. You won't find medical care like this at any conglomerate or multi-practitioner clinics.
