I like all personal very professional and they don’t take a long time to call you in.

This place is absolutely FANTASTIC when it comes to working with nervous/frightened kiddos. The dentist and assistants are super patient and give you a peace of mind by explaining every detail of the procedure that has to be done. My 6yr old was a nervous wreck during x-rays and major work had to be done from fillings to baby root canals and crowns. The assistants and dentist are my superheroes they handled this situation very well and everything worked better than expected!! After the procedure my baby came out to the lobby with no tears and saying how much she loves this dentist office. (Proud momma moment) she is no longer frightened to visit the dentist and get the remainder of her work done. Thank you everyone who assisted my precious daughter on this procedure you all ROCK and I am so happy and thankful to have found this wonderful place. Thank you!!

This is my second time here and the first time my son had a problem with the back staff and he stated they left him unattended for about 15 to 20 minutes and whatever he had in his mouth for that period said he couldn't breath and now today my daughter came out saying the same thing asked to switch denist because they don't like.. Be careful for some reason they don't let parents in the back

They always take almost an hour, to call my daughter in, from her appointment time. Then when she does get called in, they make her wait in there chairs for a while. When I go into there office I need to plan my day and expect to be there from 2-3 hours, and the appointments are not even for a dental surgery or nothing of that nature, sometimes its just to adjust my daughter braces, add a missing rubber band, or to just cut the wire that they left so long that my daughter starter scratching the inside of her cheeks. Not to mention that sometimes they scheduled me for a date, I received a reminder and when I got there, they said there was no appointment sch, like ok?! Lol.. if I have to say something nice about them is that they act like they got everything under control but they don't. The entire management of this place is just a joke. Oh and there's a lady that sits by the hallway is just RUDE, she acts like she's doing us a favor, like no, you work in this place like everyone else and needs to be professional about it. We are paying so no one is doing a us a favor here. I can keep on going but all I'm going to say is that I don't recommend this place.

It was my son's first time there, and he really liked the place! They have a movie room in the lobby, there's wall mounted screens/tablets for the kids to use. But most importantly, the staff is very friendly and patient with the kids. Definitely recommend Magicland.

This dental office was amazing and they made my kids feel safe and welcomed. Dr Marini and Christian and Jessica Ciomara Nancy and Monique where all the beat helpers in getting my kids work done. I recommend this place to anyone that has children.

They were absolutely amazing at getting the kids in and out quickly. They also made sure that my oldest who is autistic was comfortable and his needs were met in making sure it was a good experience . Kids loved it there!!

This is an amazing dentist for kids. My daughter felt so comfortable and isn’t “dreading” going back. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. I definitely recommend!

Worst experience ever I don’t plan on going back. The staff are very rude and the ortho lady was rude and mean. As soon as I walked in the back they started working on my kids and the cleaning of the teeth didn’t provide flossing at all. Will not be going back. When I asked what was the doctor name they ladies were bothered and I asked if my kids can have a tooth brush and one of the ladies said uh sure yeah whatever. I’ve never had a bad experience in a dental office. It’s nice inside but the people working there not professional!!!

Great staff, clean space, and took great care of both my kids. This is my 2nd time taking my son after his crown work. I appreciated how they handled my son during his crown work. Check them out.
