Magnolia Community Health Center's Online Review Report Card

Stay away. Something has changed here. I have been a patient for a few years now. I was happy for a while. I have too many things to b%&ch about to list here. Stay away. I will change Dr as soon as I get my referral with a gastro specialist. The frustration of waiting weeks for a simple referral. Then have smoke blown up my ass for excuses. Oh you want your refill? Hope you don't need the med for a medicle condition or something. And hope  the refill doesn't  happen to land near a weekend. It's sure not to get refilled. Plan ahead and request 2 weeks before you run out of meds. Twice they've decide not to refill a med. No communication to inform you as to why or the fact they are not refilling you're med. It's complicated. Now my Dr is gone.  Dr Dina was the reason I stayed at this establishment, and because it's local. Now I have to go through the process of finding a Dr. Where the damm dartboard?

They literally run a circus there. My mother went for a walk and a half wit shout a machine then they tell me to call and look around for a place that accepts get medicare. i couldn't even get the office manager in the phone. He refuses to call anyone back. We make an over the phone appt and they make it for 4:10 they call 40 min before they, then i have to call them back since  my mother isn't in my presence they argue agree to call me at 4:10 then call New at 3:43.  I call them back and they tell me physician is gone at 4 why would they even make me an appt?? My mother has been sick not feeling well needs referrals and they continue to put  everything off. nobody knows what they are doing there. Dina and Kirby are great but the office staff know nothing and are no help. It's ridiculous. I will take this issue all the way to make sure proper channels know what a circus they are running and playing with peoples health.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had. My son needs orthopedic shoes. I requested a specific place to be referred. They told me it's not up to them where the insurance sends us. So of course we get referred to San Bernardino and when I called then to change it they told me it was up to his insurance. So I called his insurance and they told me it was the doctor who chose San Bernardino. Now I have to deal with this horrible doctors office when all he needs is SHOES. do not go here. Go anywhere BUT here. Hell at this rate I'd trust web MD over this office any day.

There very unprofessional the staff is nice but some of Drs. there are not helpful at all. I don't recommend this place.

This is one of the lowest quality in service clinic I have ever been with. The stuff is not respectful and they Do NOT treat you as a patient but as another one who is bringing money to the clinic

Like many before me full of regrets that I chose to come here.So we're forced to have Covered California, and I thought I bought the best policy I could, but the choice of Doctors on Molina is a joke! One on their listing was a doctor in the Riverwalk area (which is kinda new) but the doctor had been dead over 2 years- unrelated except for the fact that this is why I am forced to be here and pick Dr Soliman. He's still alive. So I called the office to make an appointment after telling Molina that I want to see this doctor, and of course they don't have any record of Molina excepting me with this doctor. Another two weeks finally set up another appointment with the doctor and the best I get is a four minute phone call that cost me $35 co-pay.At the end of our phone call he says will schedule x-rays, another two weeks I am calling and being a nag to the people on the phone just to get x-rays scheduled. By the time this is all handled I hope to have better insurance because I'm sure will be in a different calendar year! Oh, and call and ask to be put on hold- That's an obnoxious sound!! Yes, just unbearable- Overall of your shopping for a good doctor that takes Molina- maybe keep looking? This one hasn't done anything good for my husband and I yet.

My daughter has been coming to this facility for a while and all I can say it that Dr. Delyn is such a wonderful person thanks for taking the time with my daughter and all the Receptionist are also great keep up the good work and I will recommend anyone here.

Make appointment for next week the know exactly what we need to come for the checking cough for my mom and she already got 2 shots of COVID 19The make me come after A week and to tell me we can't accept u cuz our policy That the didn't tell me that before you jazmin morels she refused to get our appointment I was need to go to Different place Won't recommend that place!!!! The gonna tell u one thing and then different thing later on

i Like this Hospital Better And the Nurses are really Nice The first time they tooked my baby write in befor i changed her to this one Mommy & Me is not a good doctor anymore they wouldnt give me a Appmoient early for my daughter she had Thrush but thanks to this doctor i got her Medcien Same day they didnt told me to wait Unilt next Month
