He is deeply knowledgeable, caring and professional. Ready to help and clarify any questions you might have.
I was referred to this “doctor” and was the WORST experience ever. I had severe acne, and obviously I was emotional explaining how frustrated I am with my situation but with this “doctor” his arrogance makes you feel like you can’t explain how your skin problems are making you feel. He blames me for how my skin is, he asked me like 10 questions of how much chocolate I eat in a bar and how many rows in a chocolate bar etc, he only prescribed organic masks and had me on tretinoin cream for 2 years still no results. I asked to be on accutane and he did this whole lecture of how people become depressed and commit suicide (suicides not proven related to accutane from research) and tried to scare me with the major side effects. He “graduated” me saying I no longer need to see him when I still had a face full of acne. He told me to keep using the tretinoin cream that did nothing but burn my skin. This doctor is so full of himself and thinks he knows it all when he doesn’t even listen to the patient and doesn’t put himself in his patients shoes. I’m now seeing a new dermatologist which I absolutely love, they really listen and feel what I go through. I’m on accutane and I can say it’s a miracle pill, No depression and it’s the only thing that really works for me. Go to a doctor that listens and feels for you and wants the best for you, not someone that makes you feel guilty for no reason like this doctor does.
Dr. Seyfzadeh goes beyond simple diagnosis, but spends extra time to determine the cause.
Dr. Seyfzadeh is a superior dermatologist to the rest. He is patient, informative and extremely thorough. He takes the time to figure out the needs of his patients. His knowledge is insurmountable and I recommend him to any and everyone!
Dr. Seyfzadeh is kind, caring, thorough & honest...what more could anyone need? He takes his time and explains everything with patience. I could not have had a better experience. His staff is equally as kind as well. Both my husband and I are grateful to have met him and will highly recommend him.
excellent physician and extremely informitive
I went in for some advice on acne treatment. The doctor did not listen to what I was saying and already knew what he was going to recommend before I told him what was going on. I have fairly severe acne and he recommended a "mud mask" a couple times/week. Very arrogant attitude. He ended up prescribing a medication, but did not give me any instructions for it, and I was left to trial and error. Not my best experience with a dermatologist, to say the least!
What a caring physician. Dr. S takes his time and thinks outside the box for alternative causes and cures for atypical derm problems. Very caring manner. Polite with an excellent sense of humor. This is the best derm doc in OC!!!
This physician does not spend time with patient. It seems that he enters the room with his predetermined agenda. Very disrespectful if patient expresses something which he does not like. His attitude is like he is the authority in dermatology and patient has to do what he says even his therapy makes patient to suffer. He does not listen to patient. He has poor communication skill and has lot of arrogance. If situation of worsening patient's he tries to find out something to blames patient even it is very small thing and does not make any sense --> like saying patient that not applying herbal medication has resulted in bad out come of condition being treated (patient skipped application due to intolerable side effect)
GREAT!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
