The doctor was good, but the front desk girls are not very friendly. The girl that was supposed to check me out was rude. She didn’t acknowledge that I was there while she was on the phone and when she got off the phone she acted like I wasn’t even there and took the person that came after me. I just left and didn’t even make another appointment because I was so a fended.

First time visiting this business. The wait wasn't that long, maybe 15 minutes once I checked in. The Dermatologist didn't see me for more than 30 seconds and was gone. She seemed a little overbooked. I base this on when I left the waiting room was standing room only.

Total money grab. These drs can’t give adequate patient care when they overbook to the point that there’s not enough seating , in a waiting room that has at least 12-15 chairs. You can show up to your appointment on time and still expect to wait more than 30mins to be checked in. There front desk personnel is unprofessional. How can a practice be contracted with a network and not have access to the networks portal to access an authorization? This clown show of a practice, that’s who. If you want to feel like cattle and your time disrespected, you’ve chosen the right place!

Horrible experience! Im a new patient and I waited 1 hour after arriving to see terry, and she didn’t even check my scalp or my face closely. She just explained my problem and prescribed the medicine for acne, it was only like for 10 minutes. I advise people not to see Terry, she’s horrible
