Honestly dont come here unless you can deal with his attitude...hes so rude and judgmental. Take this review seriously, he is not a good doctor, go somewhere else where you wont waste your time.
I would highly recommend finding a doctor other than this one to care for your child. He should not be in pediatrics as he has horrible bedside manner and just wants to medicate your child. I will find a better doctor
Horrible bedside manners and somewhat questionable. Waist of time and money indeed. Dont even get me started about his assistant.

Sorry but if i can choose how many stars i would give him a ZERO. He is very unproffesional.
Dr. Saito is a wonderful doctor. My older daughter (who is now 15) has been seeing him since she was 2 for neurology. He has always been a wonderful doctor with excellent office staff. My younger daughter had a seizure when she was 2. We tried to get her into see Dr. Saito, but couldnt get in at first. We saw several neurologists for her and we werent that impressed with any if them. Finally, we were able to get her into see him as well. He gave us a much more detailed explanation of what was going on with her. He really takes the time to ensure that you understand all the information. I remember one time that the pharmacy kept processing the claim wrong and was trying to tell me we were no longer covered by the insurance. I was almost out of her seizure meds. Generic was not available. The pharmacy told me it was going to be close to a thousand dollars for a month supply if I paid out of pocket. I was about to start returning Christmas gifts. Dr. Saito and his staff told me not to do that because they had some samples to give me until the pharmacy could get the authorizations processed correctly. They really saved Christmas that year. I cant say enough great things about Dr. Saito. He is great and the only pediatric neurologist I trust for my children. I highly recommend him.
Dr Saito is a great doctor. He is very patient with my 3 year old special needs daughter. His staff, however, leave everything to be desired. They are not able to get appointments right and when they have to submit for authorization to the insurance for prescription coverage, it took 2 weeks and 4 attempts for them to get it right. The manager, Aimee is just as rude and incompetent as the staff. Wonderful neurologist, terrible staff and we all know to get to the doctor, you have to get through the staff.
I had a pediatric stroke when I was 8 and every other doctor thought it was a black widow bite. Dr. Saito recognized it right away and gave me proper treatment. I thank him for saving my life!
The staff at the Riverside Medical Clinic were very kind and helpful to me with the exception of dr. Saito. He was very rude to me on my visit there just because I couldnt get a hold of some paperwork he had asked me for. He calls himself a professional but the way he treated me was very harsh and he was actually scolding me in rude tone almost the entire time. No lie, I literally got the worst chest pain ever from stressing out with him. PLEASE, save yourself a heart attack in dealing with dr. Saito.
Great doctor! He spends the time to talk to you and make sure you understand his diganosis. He personally will call and follow up with uo

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
