Horrible bedside manner.He is rude, speaks aggressively, and in a tone that that is meant to question your intelligence.He is the only option for pediatric numerological help for RMC, so it's time to leave and find someone else.

Worst doctor for my child. I will not be returning. I don't understand why he chooses to a pediatric neurologist.He was rude with the very few doctor visits that we had with him. When time was up, he rushed me by him walking out the door asking if there was anything else i needed while he was in the hallway. That isn't patient doctor confidentiality. Here isn't the right doctor for my son.

Went to him for sons “seizure” activity after talking to other doctors who acted like they didn’t see any activity...saw it immediately and diagnosed what was happening. Wish he could be my regular ped.

Go to a different doctor! I have never been so unhappy with a pediatrician. This man will not listen to your concerns and has horrible bedside manner. Literally the worst doctor I have ever felt with for my children. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD

Dr. Saito saved my son from being paralyzed. My son was born with a bump on his tail bone area. We were told it was fine and not to worry about it. However, when Dr. Saito saw it he was immediately very concerned and had an MRI done on it. My son actually has spina bifida and had to have immediate surgery to remove a tumor that was pulling his spinal cord all the way to his tail bone. If he never got the MRI and had the surgery we would have found out by him being unable to walk one day. He's a great man and I will be forever grateful!!!

Very unprofessional. Waited to be seen over 2 hours. Then Dr. Saito was bringing my sons dreams down. This appt. Was a consultation. He was bringing my sons dreams down of being in the military. Mine ypu my son is 14 yrs. Old and hasnt had a seizure for more or less 2 yrs. My son was so upset and depressed. Very unprofessional.

I have had this doctor for quite some time, so I do feel like I know him well, and I can say he is patient and kind, If anything I feel like his staff the nurses in front are incompetent because they seem to lose my information every time that I go and I’ve been going for four years.

Dr. Saito treats a diagnosis, not the patient. Our son is a complicated case (although, not to Dr. Saito, who repeats over and over again "These kids...."). He insisted to us that EVERY child with ASD, or autistic, needs to have their symptoms treated in the same order. Not every patient has the same symptoms or struggles. Our copy of the visit even said our son had problems sleeping and a few other things that neither we (nor our son) reported to him. Then again all autistic patients are in need of the exact same treatment, according to him. Save yourself some time and find a doctor who will actually listen to and care about the patient and helping them better their quality of life, than just prescribing their "autistic protocol".
