Dr. Mikhail treated my 82 yo mother who has pulmonary fibrosis at SGM Hospital. He told us she tested as being Covid Positive. The following day we received an email from Quest with lab results showing she is negative. Dr. Mikhail said two different tests gave 2 contradicting results. We asked repeatedly for an additional test to be performed To valid if she is or is not positive for Covid and he has refused. We went to hospital case manager asking her to help. We even offered to pay out of pocket Several more times Dr. mikhail refused. We filed an emergancy appeal with Livanta again he flat out refused. Dr. Mikhail had no reason to refuse this dimple test be performed other than to be an egotistical Incontrol man who refused to be questioned. How dare we want the conflicting test be qualified Please find you or your family a quality And compassionate human bring for a Dr. This man has serious problems with anyone questioning him at all. He was fine with “maybe” or “could be”... We are picking up our mother now who because of this Dr. we have no idea how to treat her and if our family is truly exposed needing to self Quarantine and what level of precautions we should be taking.Shame on him

Best Doctor I have ever had I would travel from Northen Cali once a month to see him so I wouldnt change doctors. Most compassionate empathic and nurturing doctor... I would recommend a 1000 times over Old school care without all the fake news meds....

I had to find a primary physician. I chose Dr.Mikhail due to the proxiemity to my work. I was unable to get an appointment with Dr.Mikhail in any sort of reasonable time frame several months out. I opted for an appointment with a P.A. as I needed a referral for a specialist and did not want to wait.Come my appointment day I came to the office earlier then my scheduled appointment anticipating new patient paperwork. The woman working in the reception area was very kind and helpful. I finish my paperwork and my appointment time rolls around and I am still waiting in the lobby.I was called back 10 minutes after my appointment time...no biggie. Then after the standard taking of the vitals I wait....and wait....and wait....Well over an hour after my scheduled appointment time I make my way back to the lobby not coming in contact with one person who worked in the office until I am again in the lobby.The receptionist did apologize and refunded me my copay.I am beyond frustrated. Overbooking appointments or whatever the issue may be that Doctors are not seeing patients at scheduled appointment times is something that needs to be resolved. If I am late for my appointment by an hour I guarantee the MD would have said tough luck. Why would Dr.Mikhail not demand that his staff show courtesy to his patients and recognize that their time is also valuable.I understand emergencies happen things come up but no one took the time to stop by and apologize for the long wait or even acknowledge that I was left sitting in a room alone for over an hour.I would not recommend Dr.Mikhails practice based on this experience. I cant imagine waiting like I did if I was elderly or suffering from serious illness waiting to be seen...completely unacceptable and rude.

I have known Dr mikhail on personal and professional level for over 15 yrs and I have a total appreciation of his knowledge professionalism along with his ethics. His office staff is also professional and thorough. 5 star rating for all of them

his service has diminished substantially. Rude staff and Dr is always in a rush does not take the time to go over your concerns. brushed off and on to the next patient.
