Monika Mustafa's Online Review Report Card

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Mustafa for 19 years. Recommended her to my brother and his daughter has been a patient of her’s for at least 15 years. Wonderful doctor always takes time to explain anything you might have concerns about very patient and kind. Truly shows she cares for the children in her care has always taken care of any prescription I needed called in or any questions I’ve had to call her about in a timely manner. She has literally watched my daughter grow up and I would recommend her to any other parent.

Completely unprofessional!I booked an appointment for my daughter two weeks ago . Explained it was urgent. Gave my insurance information and everything . The appointment day came and they called to cancel on me because it was a holiday weekend and didn’t realize when they booked it. They rescheduled me an entire week after that .... yet again this was URGENT. I call the day prior to the NEW appointment, and asked if they received her old doctor from out of state medical records, that is when they told me they didn’t accept my insurance .... 2 weeks of waiting for absolutely NO APPOINTMENT!!!!! I even offered to pay cash because this was an urgent appointment that was pushed off long enough! they knew of my insuranceFrom the day I made the initial appointment. Unprofessional and wasted my time. This office needs to get there S*** TOGETHER. Now I have to spend the rest of my afternoon in search of a new doctor that can take my daughter immediately.How can you all have me wait TWO WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT, AND ALSO TELL ME YOU TOOK MY INSURANCE ! What a waste of time ! IfYour looking to get your child into a pediatrician immediately ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOURTIME HERE . Never again!!!!!

I had my first appointment for my new born with them today and I’m so happy I chose doctor Monika she’s amazing and everyone was so nice ! Definitely recommend! And I chose them because of all the amazing reviews about them ! Now my 2 older boys will be going to her as well

First time calling for an appointment for my son. Gave my insurance information to the person who answered the phone. She was not able to assist me. She said that she could not find my sons insurance information with the ID number I provided her so I asked if she would call the number on the insurance card so she can verify that the ID number I provided was correct and also if the clinic accepted our insurance. Super dumb lazy girl would not do her job. I then asked to speak to someone else like a manager or the doctor and she refused. Horrible horrible front desk service. I chose this doctors office in desperation looking for a second opinion. Because of someone’s laziness and not willing to do their job my son has to suffer and continue to look for another Dr in our area with good reviews. I hope the doctors see this message. My insurance is a PPO blue cross

Love coming here , I been bringing my kids here since i had my first born on 2009, Dr.Mustafa and the staff are very nice and friendly and very helpful.

I love this medical clinic they are so sweet , caring, and professional the best I have been to so far.. Dr. Mustafa is AMAZING love her she is the BEST as well as her employees!!

I’ve been coming here for 2+ years. Always a friendly staff. Dr. Mustafa is caring and attentive to our concerns and needs. In MY experience, I recommend.
