List of Neil Halbridge's Reviews
Dr. Halbridge did my rotator cuff surgery and the results were excellent. Courteous and a total pro. Thanks Dr. Halbridge !!!
Great staff, always busy when I go but I don't usually wait long for my appointment.
After having another group insurance agency doctors spend 2 months making no progress. I went to see Dr Haibrige on a Friday we set a surgery date for Wednesday. Thank you Dr. Haibrige
****** BEST OFFICE EVER FOR ORTHOPAEDIC CARE*****I had Dr. Halbridge treat me for extreme pain in my foot. He was kind and did not judge me for my recreational habits that may have contributed to my condition. He was the most professional physician I have ever seen. He opened my eyes to my bad choices that may contribute to my condition. He was gentle and kind beyond words.Staff was efficient and always showed me respect. The new office is clean and staff always return my calls. I would highly recommend Dr. Halbridge and this office.
This place sucks. My appointment was at 2. Its now 4:02. Here for workmen comp injury. Been coming for 4 months now and everytime he only spends 5 min or less with me and says come back in 4 weeks. Im thinking he just wants the money from the insurance. I have a torn meniscus in my knee and he wanted to put cordazone in it. Really what kind of doctors does that for a torn meniscus? As for the nurses and front counter staff they are amazing. But for the doctor, no way. Dr. Halbridge is very rude too. Has been since the first day I came. Should have gone to different place. Dont make appointments if the doctor cant see you in a timely manner.
Whats the whole point of having an appointment for a certain time , if they make you wait for 4 hours . The receptionist it was very unprofessional and rude . Horrible customer service
I came to Dr. H after I both worked my fingers to the bone (& far beyond) and excessively made regular physical contact with dangerous paint colorant [DANGER: paint colorant contact worked like a slowly acting physical solvent/acid on the human bodys nervous system in my case: IT DOESNT TAKE MUCH]. I choose Dr. H because a close relative had a seemingly relatively successful carpal tunnel surgery in the past with Dr. H; I thought I was getting/I wanted a orthopedic Dr. that would both respect his patients, and respect his Hippocratic oath. I WAS SO COMPLETELY WRONG. As a former American Red Cross certified emergency first aid/cpr TRAINER (in Riverside, CA), I feel I am more dedicated to the Hippocratic Oath in practice than Dr. Hallbridge. Do no harm; doesnt ring a bell, huh? Honestly, Dr. H was always there for the insurance company, not me, at all, and I am tired of seeing him act like an insurance company adjuster when Im there for medical help. I may be considered a former patient now, since Dr. H is now allowing a different doctor to prescribe/refill medicines he has prescribed himself: in the reversed situation, he adamantly refused to do the same thing about a year ago with a BP med. He talks like he wants to help you get well, but then acts like he has no interest in improving your medical health (actions speak louder than words): his nurses would not make me another appointment until referred services (which were denied for over ½ year by insurance) are completed. His nurses even told me to call and schedule an appointment if I was in pain (always, to some degree); I tried to schedule an appointment on the spot, and was told again no appointment for me until the referred constantly denied services were all done. He has made at least 3 wrong diagnoses in my case so far, and is somehow still a certified QME doctor? 13 hour office wait times and a virtual guarantee of a 15 minute or less actual doctor visit [the part where you actually speak with the doctor, not counting waiting around in pain]; nurses that lie to your face about non working equipment/scales (while taking other patients weights within hearing distance: despicable); overwhelming difficulty sometimes to get refills, and other times no problem/quick/easy (probably because someone somewhere would sanction you otherwise: about 50/50 here); coordinating with WCI Liberty Mutual (Helmsman) and intentionally not scheduling a desperately needed doctors appointment/assistance, causing an INTENTIONAL extra month of delay of medical care; Dr. H will even tell you hell request a procedure, then doesnt request it (neck MRI in my case; for example). Dr. H was asked does the insurance company tell you what to do? and Dr. H replied They dont tell me what to do, but I can ask, and they dont always do what I tell them to do. To try to indicate psychological causes for clearly observable physical issues is both flat out malicious behavior & intentional stupidity, doctor. Get out of the business of helping others, please! You people are way beyond horrible at it; you have clearly crossed over to the point of intentional harm/criminal negligence.
I called here for a report, and Yadria the receptionist was so rude. Didnt ask for a name only send if the apt was on 1/16/2016 it will be mailed today. I kindly ask can you please check, she says it will be mailed today since its 30 days and hangs up on me. HORRIBLE SERVICE. U
Ive known Dr. Halbridge for over a decade and he is a compassionate professional that cares about his patients. I would highly recommend to a friend.
Appointment was made for 7:45am. Office opened at 7:50am. After paperwork was provided and completed it was 8:00am. I was palced in a room at 8:30am and stayed there until Dr Halbridge came in at 9:55am. Dr Halbridge evaluated my injury (8 minutes) and said a referral for a MRI was needed. I was back out the door at 10:15am. The process took way too long.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
