We had a long wait in the lobby and room, however, when the Doctor came in the room, I was the only one who mattered. He was very patient in explaining all the details of my recommended surgery, expectations, hospital stay and recovery. My husband and daughter were with me and he addressed all of their concerns. I did not feel rushed and really appreciated that. The long wait was worth it.

Courteous, answered questions plainly. kind

After waiting more than an hour in the lobby and another 25 minutes in the room, he kept talking about "nutrition" as if it were code for weight loss. He said he saw nothing on my xray, but he didn't bother to take a complete history to understand the four surgeries I had. I guess the 10 in scar on my back wasn't a clue. I've never had a doctor make me feel so demeaned or unimportant. My pain was nothing that couldn't be solved with drugs and diet. I didn't need to spend hours of my day to be left feeling fat shamed and unimportant. To say he had no bedside manner would be an understatement.

His rudeness overrides anything he might know about ortho care. After waiting more than an hour, and without taking time for a full history, he talked about "nutrition" three times. He didn't see any issue in my spine despite a 10 inch scar on my back. What about my previous four surgeries that left me in this pain? What a uncaring jerk. I've never been to a doctor with such horrendous bedside manner who blamed everything on "nutrition". Maybe he should only treat athletic men.

Thank you Dr Gilvar and Staff for all your help. Thank you for caring for your patients well being. First time patient when I arrived everyone was kind and compassionate. When I needed help the staff helped me in everyway. Meeting Dr Gilvar was a true blessing very caring and patient when I was telling him how much my spine has been hurting me being diagnosed with Osteoporosis and Arthritis and Fibromyalgia and heart issues ECG test came back Abnormal. this Dr really cared about me took his time and showed me on the MRI exrays what was going on. As a patient he recommended the Nuerolgist for my nerves and Physical Therapy and Pain Management. I am so grateful to find a wonderful caring Doctor as Dr Gilver. God Bless you all!🙏🏻👍💕

Excellent! He was prompt, professional and thorough. He was attentive in explaining using MRI for clarity. He spent good time answering all of my questions such as time needed for recovery and risk. Very straight up and sympathetic. For a surgeon not to recommend surgery at this time, tells me he was truly a man of integrity. Highly recommended.

Ive been coming here for a couple months and love the staff there friendly helpful and attentive. Dr Glivar is friendly and helpful and takes time to explain everything such as xrays, M.r.i etc and it feels as if he really wants to help thanks so much for being a compassionate Dr. I would recommend anyone to this group you wont be disappointed
