After speaking with this office multiple times I will never be dealing with them again! They office biller April is extremely rude and quite frankly needs to be retrained in billing. I work for insurance and when I called to have a claim relooked at for my partner they originally told me it wouldn’t be an issue. When I called back for an update and to inform them that we received a bill for diagnostic lab work when it should have been preventative she told me there was nothing she could do so I called my partners insurance company and they informed me that the office is in fact responsible for resubmitting the coding to quest. After multiple attempts from myself and my partners insurance company nothing was ever resolved and the only response I received was “I don’t know how to do that”. This office is only after your money and refuse the submit claims correctly or fix their mistakes.

Dr. Doesn't take time to listen. He ask questions and scolds you when you give explanations, instead of direct one word answers. Repeats himself constantly. Says things, and when you repeat them back, he says he didn't say that. Bad overall experience. Would not recommend him. The Office staff was GREAT!

Started with a welcoming environment very courteous staff. Easy appointment to make and started right on time. Dr. Karody was very patient and listened to my questions. Was able to accurately diagnose and instruct course of action. Staff helped schedule follow up appointment. Will return again.

This doctor runs the practice as an business to make money for himself and not interested in caring for patients. He apparently didn't typed in his computer in real time during our new patient face to face visit that a medication is the only one that works. He never followed up in getting medical records from the previous doctor in order to prove to the insurance company that no other medication works. He was only interested in setting up another appointment. Not enough room to say more.

Very thorough you see the doctor every time- no PAs which I like. Records are computerized so everything is readily available. Answers his patient's calls quickly and personally.
