Richard A Guzman's Online Review Report Card

I've been seeing Dr. Guzman for over 25 yrs now and I can honestly say that there isn't anyone who I'd trust to take care of my family as much as I trust him and his staff. Over the years he's seen us through just about anything you could imagine and has always been professional, informative and, most importantly,  empathetic...Honestly,  I can't imagine not having Dr Guzman there when we need him. He truly epitomizes the "family doctor" idea that you may have thought no longer existed. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Dr Guzman listens to understand where I am coming from in regard to natural solutions and a healthy lifestyle. Have been a patient since 1992.

Dr Guzman the rest of the staff went above and beyond to treat my husband who suffered greatly from covid. My husband was Dr. Guzman’s first very sick covid patient back in April. Dr. Guzman would personally take time everyday to call us even on weekends to check up on my husband to see how he was doing day by day.He clearly has a passion to care for sick patients even if not much information on treating covid was available at that time. He did his best to learn. He was working overtime calling colleagues for more advice to treat covid calling my husband everyday. We will forever be grateful for Dr Guzman and his kindness.

Dr. Guzman went above and beyond to care for my husband. My husband was his first very sick covid patient. Dr. Guzman would call him everyday to see how he was doing even on weekends and did his best to treat my husband. He and his staff very caring. I highly recommend dr. Guzman and his staff.

Staff waited the day of my appointment upon arrival to say they couldn't verify my insurance and needed to reschedule. First they had 2 weeks to verify my insurance because I made it 2 weeks out. Second, they could have called me before I drove all the way out and wasted gas as well as time off work. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Guzman is like no other doctor I've ever met.  He is so humble and knows his stuff.  He takes his time to explain in great detail making u feel like you're family.  I'm so impressed with him and his wonderful staff super professional.  I completely trust he has my best interest. Total 100% respect him AND the topper.... wait for it...he speaks Spanish.... so sexy!!!!

I Really Admire Richard Guzman he always showed me respect he explained to his patients carefully to make them understand he will also drawn a map on whatever the situation was before you left the office he will make sure you had all your paper before you left the office your medicine was at the pharmacy all time thats one of the reasons why I appreciate you it was a pleasure doing business with you Im sorry I had to leave Riverside physician and Im giving you a five stars keep up the good work I will highly recommend you to anyone else God bless you

Dr. Guzman has been my family physician for the past 25 years. He has referred me to specialists several times when it was required. He has always explained things very thoroughly and seem to care about my health. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a excellent family physician.
