Riverside County Department Of Mental Health does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
One lady behind the desk is very rude and was quick to give me attitude when All I need is help I'm trying to pay the county what I owe and do what the court asked but some people abuse their authority and are not helpful at all , she was quick to threaten me saying I can go back and talk to the judge like first of all there's no need to be mean and it's not funny ..please be kind especially to people that are trying to get their life together evil lurks when you are trying to get your things together and better yourself ...this is at all the ace programs I don't know why but I wish the county knows how these clerks are and yes I hope the supervisor sees this it's not fair
I'm writing a review for a relative that had a awful experience. My relative has struggled with addiction and reached out to seek help and get into a rehabilitation program. He was referred to "get stabilized" at a local mental health urgent care. After that was all said and done he was on day 6 no substances and was told they would fax his information over to the "CARES SU" to call on Monday. He is staying out on the streets and for CARES SU to not help someone and have them return to their same elements and environments they want out and tell the patient "oh call us in a couple of days for a bed" VERY APPALLING!!!!!! They are probably hoping he returns to use so it's one less person to help because it's to much work for them. SICK DOGS
Very rude and unhelpful they will hang up on you over and over again everyone there needs retraining and more they will put you on hold over and over again and also leave you on speaker for their co-workers to hear conversations even the head supervisor will hang up on you if they feel like that can't handle a simple conversation you can hear their co-workers in the background judging you from your conversation very unprofessional.
Rude tone of voice from one of the front desk staff. One of the therapist, Ms Lopez, that saw my father, had even admitted that she was told by a receptionist(we for not know the name of which receptionist currently unfortunately) that she had let me sign required documents that she needed from me since I am the patient's daughter. When the therapist called me back to confirm if what the receptionist had said was correct, I had told her, to the best of my knowledge, I do not remember signing any papers at all.
